抗肿瘤复方中药注射剂应用分析

【摘 要】 目的：通过对我院静脉药物配置中心（PIVAS）抗肿瘤复方中药注射剂在化疗病人治疗中使用情况分析，为临床提供合理有效的用药指导。方法：从PIVAS审方系统中随机抽取2020年7～9月100例化疗患者的用药医嘱，观察抗肿瘤复方中药注射剂在其治疗过程中使用情况。结果：在100例化疗患者治疗过程中使用抗肿瘤复方中药注射剂的有85例，其中前五位的有参附32例，艾迪27例，苦黄10例，复方苦参8例，康艾5例，其余3例。结论：通过对100例患者的用药医嘱观察，发现抗肿瘤复方中药注射剂在辅助化疗治疗中占很大比重，审方药师需分析其主要成分和主治功能，为临床提供合理有效的用药指导。

Analysis of the Use of Anti-tumor Compound Chinese Medicine Injection

Abstract：Objective To analyze the use of anti-tumor compound traditional Chinese medicine injections in chemotherapy patients in the Center for Intravenous Drug Distribution （PIVAS） of our hospital， so as to provide reasonable and effective medication guidance for clinic. Methods The medication orders of 100 patients with chemotherapy from July to September， 2020 were randomly selected from PIVAS prescription system in our hospital， and the use of anti-tumor compound Chinese medicine injection in the treatment process was observed. Results Among the 100 chemotherapy patients， 85 cases used anti-tumor compound traditional Chinese medicine injections， among which the top five were Shenfu 32 cases， Aidi 27 cases， Kuhuang 10 cases， Fufang Kushen 8 cases， Kangai 5 cases and the remaining 3 cases. Conclusion Through the observation of 100 patients medication orders， it is found that anti-tumor compound traditional Chinese medicine injection accounts for a large proportion in adjuvant chemotherapy， and the pharmacist should analyze its main components and main functions to provide reasonable and effective medication guidance for clinic.

隨着医学的不断进步，恶性肿瘤的治疗方法越来越多，目前化疗依然是治疗恶性肿瘤的主要方法，其主要以延长患者生命，提高患者生活质量为目的。临床医生在制定放、化疗方案的同时，通过传统医学辅助治疗，以提高患者自身免疫力，起到扶正祛邪的作用。近年来，肿瘤的发病率与病死率得到相应的控制[1]。抗肿瘤复方中药注射剂因其成分多样性，具有补益气血、凉血活血等功效在临床广泛使用。现对我院抗肿瘤复方中药注射剂进行调查分析，希望能为临床用药提供参考。

1 资料与方法

1.1 资料来源 抽取我院PIVAS 2020年7月1日至9月30日审方系统中的用药医嘱及嘉禾医疗系统中相对应的病历。

1.2 方法 从我院PIVAS审方系统中随机抽取2020年7～9月100例化疗患者的用药医嘱并查阅嘉禾医疗系统中相对应的病历，观察抗肿瘤复方中药注射剂在其治疗过程中使用情况。……
