中医药治疗抗磷脂综合征复发性流产的研究进展

【摘 要】 目的：分析抗磷脂综合征（APS）致复发性流产（RSA）的病因病机及中医药治疗方法，为临床提供治疗参考价值。方法：通过查阅整理近年文献及查阅相关中医典籍，从中医病因病机，中医药临床治疗等多方面进行综合归纳整理。结果：抗磷脂综合组征致复发性流产的病因病机以肾虚为本，血瘀为标，其主要证型有肾虚血瘀、肾虚血热以及肾虚肝郁、脾肾亏虚等证型。治疗方法可归纳为补肾化瘀、补肾清热及补肾疏肝，补肾健脾法等来保胎治疗。结论：中医药治疗抗磷脂综合征致复发性流产具有独特优势，有进一步研究及应用价值。

Advances In The Treatment Of Recurrent Abortion With Antiphospholipid Syndrome By Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract：Objective To review and analyze the etiology， pathogenesis and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of recurrent abortion （RSA） caused by anti-phospholipid syndrome （APS）.Methods By reviewing and sorting the periodicals and literatures of recent years and looking up the Chinese medicine classics， the author summarized and sorted out the etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese medicine and the clinical treatment of Chinese medicine.Results The etiology and pathogenesis of recurrent abortion in antiphospholipid comprehensive group were kidney asthenia and blood stasis.The treatment methods can be summarized as tonifying kidney removing blood stasis， tonifying kidney clearing heat， tonifying kidney dredging liver， tonifying kidney strengthening spleen， etc.Conclusion The treatment of recurrent abortion caused by antiphospholipid syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages and further research and application value.

复发性流产（Recurrent abortion，RSA）是育龄期女性常见的疾病之一，在国内是指同一性伴侣连续发生3次及3次以上妊娠28周以前的自然流产，然而美国生殖医学学会认为复发性流产指的是2次或者2次以上的妊娠失败[1-2]。近年来，复发性流产发病率约占妊娠总数的1%～5%，而且逐渐在增加[3]。抗磷脂综合征（Anti-phospholipid syndrome，APS）作为自身免疫性疾病，已经被明确诊断为复发性流产病因之一[4]，成为免疫性复发性流产研究的热点问题。近年来中医药分别在实验研究与临床治疗两方面对该疾病研究颇多，现将其分析、归纳总结如下。

1 病因病机研究

1.1 中医对抗磷脂综合征复发性流产的认识 中医学根据临床特点将抗磷脂综合征复发性流产归属于“滑胎”“数落胎”“胎漏”“胎动不安”等范畴。……
