牛阳教授从脾胃调治乳腺癌术后临证经验

【摘 要】 乳腺癌现行的主要治疗方法手术、放化疗等都存在着易伤及脾胃之气的副作用， 中医综合疗法可以有效地提高乳腺癌患者术后的生活质量。文章总结了牛阳教授治疗乳腺癌的临证经验，牛阳教授认为乳腺癌术后的病理变化多为脾胃失调的证候，中医治疗乳腺癌术后应该通过调理脾胃扶助正气，从而减轻患者的临床症状，增强其抗病能力，防止乳腺癌的复发转移。

Abstract：The main current treatment methods of breast cancer， including surgery， radiotherapy and chemotherapy， have side effects that are easy to harm the Qi of the spleen and stomach.Comprehensive Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients after surgery.This article summarizes Professor Niu Yangs clinical experience in treating breast cancer.Professor Niu Yang believes that the pathological changes after breast cancer surgery are mostly the syndromes of spleen and stomach disorders. The professor believes that for breast cancer patients who have undergone surgery， traditional Chinese medicine should treat them by regulating the spleen and stomach and supporting the healthy qi.So as to reduce the clinical symptoms of patients， enhance their disease resistance and prevent recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer.

近年来，全球女性乳腺癌的发病率和死亡率水平均呈现出逐年上升的态势， 并且乳腺癌全球女性恶性肿瘤发病、死亡的占比也在有所增加[1]。在我国，乳腺癌发病率位居城乡女性恶性肿瘤发病率的首位，是危害居民生命健康最主要的恶性肿瘤之一。但是相对于其他的恶性肿瘤而言，乳腺癌的预后较好，生存率相对较高，5年观察生存率为72.7%[2]。严华[3]收集了60例女性乳腺癌术后病例，探讨中医综合疗法对乳腺癌术后生活质量的影晌，结果显示中医综合疗法可以有效地提高乳腺癌患者术后的生活质量，包括减低其临床症状、増强其社会适用能力等，为中医综合疗法能够减低乳腺癌复发转移提供了临床依据。牛阳教授从事临床工作多年，善于化裁经方，在临床辨证用药时，重视顾护脾胃。对于乳腺癌术后的调治很有见解，且疗效
