档案馆研学旅行基地建设：生成逻辑、内涵描述及运行机制研究

摘 要：研学旅行利用文化将旅游做成教育，是文旅融合的一种实践形式。研学旅行基地是研学旅行过程中学生学习与生活的场所，档案馆开展研学旅行基地建设具有理论、现实和法规层面的生成逻辑，不仅是其满足教育需求的现实行动，完善公共服务的途径延伸，也是扩大社会影响的宣传路径。要以管理、服务、宣传、评价、保障五个方面为抓手，探索档案馆研学旅行基地建设的运行机制，助力档案馆提升研学旅行开展水平。

The Construction of Archives Study Travel Bases： Research on Generative Logic， Description of Connotation and Mechanism of Operation

Abstract：Study travel use culture to make tourism into education， is a form of cultural tourism integration practice. The study travel bases is the place where students learn and live during the study travel， and the archives carry out the study travel bases construction with theoretical， practical and regulatory levels of generative logic， It is not only a realistic action to meet its educational needs and an extension of the way to improve public services， but also a publicity path to expand its social influence. To management， service， publicity， evaluation， protection five aspects as a grip， to explore the archives study travel bases construction of the operating mechanism， to help the archives to improve the level of study travel to carry out.

“读万卷书，行万里路”是中国传统治学理念，古人通过游学的方式将学识、见识、实践统一，研学旅行传承和发展了这一治学理念，不仅是素质教育改革的新内容和新方式，还是文旅融合的最佳实践。研学旅行是由教育部门和学校有计划地组织安排，通过集体旅行、集中食宿方式开展的研究性学习和旅行体验相结合的校外教育活动，是学校教育和校外教育衔接的创新形式[1]。近年来，研学旅行及其基地建设的相关研究持续升温，研学旅行已成为“教育+旅游”或“旅游+教育”领域的热点，学校、旅行社、文旅机构等，围绕研学旅行内涵[2]与特征[3]、研学旅行理论[4]与实践[5]、研学旅行课程设计[6]等主题开展了广泛探索。图书馆、博物馆等公共服务机构顺应文旅融合发展趋势，逐渐加入研学旅行基地建设的队伍中。教育部公布的第一批204个“全国中小学生研学实践教育基地”[7]中，博物馆及相关机构占50%，成为研学旅行校外课堂的主要阵地；……
