大型商业建筑通风空调设计探讨

摘  要：通风空调系统作为大型商业建筑内的重要构成，其设计、应用情况直接关系着建筑的使用功能与舒适程度，故而相关人员应不断完善其设计水平，进而更好地满足现代群体的多样化需求，这也是当下工程设计从业人员探究的共同问题之一。该文在阐述建筑对内部环境温度、湿度及空气质量提出的要求基础上，较为详细地探究了通风空调的具体设计形式，包括通风与自控系统、食品区与仓库区的通风设计等，以实现对建筑通风空调的节能设计为目标，探究几点切实可行的方法措施，以供同行参考。

Discussion on Ventilation and Air Conditioning Design of Large Commercial Buildings

Abstract： As an important component of large commercial buildings， the design and application of ventilation and air conditioning system is directly related to the use function and comfort of buildings. Therefore， relevant personnel should constantly improve their design level， so as to better meet the diversified needs of modern groups， which is also one of the common problems explored by current engineering design practitioners. On the basis of expounding the requirements of the building on the internal environment temperature， humidity and air quality， this paper explores the specific design forms of ventilation and air conditioning， including ventilation and automatic control system， ventilation design of food area and warehouse area， etc. in order to achieve the goal of energy-saving design of building ventilation and air conditioning， this paper explores some practical methods and measures for reference.

近年来，我国社会经济快速发展，城市化建设脚步明显提速，越来越多的人开始重视城市内大型商业建筑设计情况，并且对其设计水平提出更多的要求，进而更好地满足主观需求。商业建筑，被定义成为用于进行各种商业活动的建筑物，大型商业建筑即建设规模相对较大并且集商业、办公、文娱、餐饮、居住等多种功能为一体的建筑体。空间大、业务繁杂、人流量大并且不同部分之间相互依存等是大型商业建筑的主要特征。可以把大型商业建筑细分成数个部分，其中公共行走、休息以及社交空间是主要部分。通风空调能为商业建筑内部创造体感舒适的环境，应参照商业建筑内部业态差异，创造出适宜的环境条件，应不断完善通风空调的设计方案。……
