基于“学习者中心”线上线下教学模式探索研究

摘 要：伴隨教育信息技术应运而生的在线开放课已逐渐取代传统的教学，教学形式的改变也必然要求教学模式随之改变。本课程依托“超星尔雅”在线教学平台，结合我校发酵工程线上线下翻转课II期的运行，构建了“3+1”的三阶段一中心（即课前、课中、课后三个阶段、学习者为中心）线上线下混合式教学模式，初步教学实践表明，相比传统教学，该教学模式提高了学生的课堂参与度、学习成绩和自主学习积极性，更有利于学生对知识的理解和掌握。取得了较好的教学效果，通过本研究，以期为同类院校在线课的建设提供有价值的参考。

Abract：With   the   emergence   of   educational   information   technology，online   open   course   has   gradually   replaced   the   traditional   teaching，and   the   change   of   teaching   form   inevitably   requires   the   change   of   teaching   mode.Relying   on   the   online   teaching   platform   of   “super   star   Erya”   and   combined   with   the   operation   of   online   and   offline   flipped   Course   II   of   fermentation   engineering   in   our   school，this   course   constructs   a   “3+1”   three-stage   and   one   center   （pre class，in   class，after   class，learner   centered）online   and   offline   hybrid   teaching   mode.The   preliminary   teaching   practice   shows   that   compared   with   traditional teaching，this   teaching   mode   improves   students'   classroom   teaching   efficiency   Participation，academic   performance   and   self-learning   enthusiasm   are   more   conducive   to   students'   understanding   and   mastery   of   knowledge.Through   this   study，we   hope   to   provide   a   valuable   reference   for   the   construction   of   online courses   in   similar   colleges.

《发酵工程》是吉林农业大学生物工程专业、生物技术专业和制药工程专业本科生的一门专业方向课，授课对象是大三第一学期的学生，本课程在人才培养方案里是一门呈上启下的核心课，要求学生牢固掌握发酵工程的基本理论和基础知识，熟练发酵工程的工艺和方法，为后续的现代提取分离技术、生物技术药物学、合成生物学、细胞工厂等专业课打下良好的基础，调动学生对本专业的兴趣，对学生尽快了解本专业的具体内容做到切实的支持。本课程以往采用传统教学模式主要是班级授课，授课的方式以教师ppt讲授为主，课后教师将资料发给学生，在课上学生主要是跟随教师做笔记，互动较少。2015年，教育部颁布教高[2015]号文件《教育部关于加强高等学校在线开放课程建设应用与管理意见》之后，各高校开始推广“互联网+课堂教学”的线上线下混合式教学模式。……
