物流上市公司资本结构对经营绩效的影响研究

摘  要：在文献梳理基础上，提出文章研究假设，综合应用因子分析法和多元回归分析方法对我国48家A股物流上市公司2015～2019年相关数据进行实证研究，以揭示物流上市公司资本结构对其经营绩效的影响规律。研究结果表明：物流上市公司的留存收益與公司的综合经营绩效具有不显著的正相关关系，资产负债率、非流动负债率以及股权制衡度Z指数与公司综合经营绩效呈显著负相关关系，前五大股东持股比例（TOP5）与公司综合经营绩效呈显著正相关关系。最后根据研究结果，提出了优化资本结构以提升物流上市公司经营绩效的措施建议。

Abstract： On the basis of literature review， the research hypothesis of this paper is put forward， and the relevant data of 48 A-share logistics listed companies from 2015 to 2019 are studied with the comprehensive application of factor analysis and multiple regression analysis methods， so as to reveal the influence law of the capital structure of listed logistics companies on their business performance. The research results show that the logistics of the retained earnings of listed companies and the comprehensive performance of the company has no significant positive correlation， asset-liability ratio， the flow ratio and ownership balance degree Z index and comprehensive company business performance has significant negative correlation relationship， the top five shareholders' shareholding（TOP5）integrated with the company business performance has significant positive correlation. Finally， according to the research results， the paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the capital structure to improve the performance of listed logistics companies.

由于电子商务的快速发展，物流行业快速兴起，成为国民经济一个新的重要增长点。而且随着经济全球化的快速发展，现代物流行业成为贸易流通领域的支柱产业，得到了飞速的发展。2014年国务院印发的《物流业发展中长期规划（2014-2020年）》中指出，物流业是支撑国民经济发展的基础性、战略性产业。因此，物流行业的快速健康发展，对于提高国民经济的竞争力具有非常重要的作用。但是，因为我国物流行业起步较晚，很多物流公司在经营活动过程中未能够将资金的作用发挥到最大，资本结构缺乏优化，不能保障公司获得较大的收益，这些问题制约着物流行业的健康发展。因此，本文深入探究物流行业上市公司资本结构与经营绩效的关系，对物流业上市公司的资本结构调整和经营绩效的提高具有重要的参考价值。……
