人工智能背景下物流企业就业效应研究

摘  要：随着第四次工业革命的到来，世界处于智能化时代，人人置身于人工智能产品所带来的社会生活的变化之中，这极大的改变了传统的生活方式。近年来，人工智能技术在物流企业得到了广泛的应用。以物流企业为研究对象，探究人工智能背景下的就业效应，通过对物流企业就业岗位的变动情况、原因、机理进行分析的基础上，得出结论是人工智能的应用对物流企业就业产生了“替代效应”和“创造效应”。为应对这种就业效应，物流企业在扩大“创造效应”的同时努力缩小“替代效应”，致力于培养出适应人工智能技术需要的物流企业人才。

Abstract： With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution， the world is in an era of intelligence， and everyone is exposed to the changes in social life brought about by artificial intelligence products， which has greatly changed the traditional way of life. In recent years， artificial intelligence technology has been widely used in logistics companies. Taking logistics enterprises as the research object， exploring the employment effect under the background of artificial intelligence， and analyzing the changes， causes and mechanisms of employment positions in logistics enterprises， it is concluded that the application of artificial intelligence has produced a“replacement”in the employment of logistics enterprises and“Creative Effect”. To cope with this employment effect， logistics companies are striving to reduce the“substitution effect”while expanding the“creative effect”， and are committed to cultivating logistics enterprise talents that meet the needs of artificial intelligence technology.

隨着智能化时代的到来，人工智能在物流企业的应用越加广泛和深入，人工智能会对物流企业带来怎样的就业变化，我们应如何应对这种变化是本文研究的重点跟难点。通过一系列的实例论证与学术论文期刊探讨，从遍布于我们生活的每一个角落，现实生活中处处都是物流行业企业带来的就业实例，应在环境中看人工智能、在物流企业实例中学人工智能，从而了解人工智能，来应对物流行业企业的就业变化。在面对人工智能带来的就业机遇时，积极主动的参与，动手操作探索，勇于抓住机遇;在面对人工智能带来的就业挑战时，不是退缩，而是积极地去寻求解决的办法。
