现代军事物流体系能力评估综述

摘  要：现代战争中，作战形态从机械化向信息化形态转变，战场环境变得异常复杂，物资消耗量大，要求后勤保障的精确性和及时性更高，需要有强大的现代军事物流体系来支撑物资保障，通过梳理现代军事物流体系的现状、现代军事物流体系结构、现代军事物流特点和现代军事物流性质，分析现代军事物流体系的能力，借鉴评估作战、武器装备体系能力的方法来评价我军现代军事物流体系，掌握我军物流体系具备哪些能力，还欠缺哪些能力对我军提高保障效率、完善编制体制具有重要意义。

Abstract： In the modern war， the combat form changes from mechanization to informatization， the battlefield environment becomes extremely complex， the material consumption is large， and the logistics support is required to be more accurate and timely. A strong modern military logistics system is needed to support the material support. This paper analyzes the current situation of the modern military logistics system， the structure of the modern military logistics system， the characteristics of the modern military logistics and the characteristics of the modern military logistics it is of great significance for our army to improve the support efficiency and improve the establishment system by analyzing the nature of modern military logistics， analyzing the capability of modern military logistics system， evaluating our army's modern military logistics system by using the method of evaluating the capability of combat and weapon equipment system for reference， and mastering what capabilities our army's logistics system has and lacks.

1  研究背景

我军一直重视军事物流体系的发展，军委2019年发布的《关于加快推进现代军事物流体系建设的意见》中提出，要推进现代军事物流体系建设落实落地，以军事优先、军为首要的原则，借势军民融合布局、借鉴现代物流手段、借力地方优质资源，创新保障模式，健全物流机制，规范供应链路，逐步构建敏捷响应、精准配送、可视可控、全程安全的现代军事物流体系。国家和军队发布文件体现了对现代物流体系建设的重视和大力支持。现代军事物流体系是我军后勤保障体系的重要组成部分，对实现后勤保障运作高效、合理统筹军地资源配置、协调采购、仓储、运输配送和信息管理等各个环节具有重要意义。
