浅谈物资供应管理——优化流转提高效率

摘要：随着企业科研水平不断壮大，市场需求不断提高，客户對产品的需求时间不断缩短，产品种类也在不断增加，为适应企业快速发展的需求，适应科研人员快速获取所需元器件，快速满足科研产品需求，需要在现有物资管理系统的基础上，优化物资周转流程，引入数码管理，提高流转速度，降低人工成本，减少人工差错，最大限度提高工作效率。

Abstract： With the continuous growth of enterprise scientific research level， the continuous improvement of market demand， the shortening of customer demand time for products， and the increasing variety of products， in order to adapt to the needs of the rapid development of enterprises， to adapt to the rapid acquisition of required components by scientific researchers， and to meet the needs of scientific research products， it is necessary to optimize the material turnover process and introduce data management system on the basis of the existing material management system code management， improve the flow speed， reduce labor costs， reduce manual errors， maximize work efficiency.

0 引言

随着企业发展壮大，市场需求对于科研产品的效率要求越来越高，人工操作效率低、工作量大，而且越忙越容易出现差错，影响产品的实际物资需求效率。物资管理工作需要大胆的改革创新，要求精准、高效，更需要借助智能系统，提高效率，减少人工差错。采购物资经过检验合格入库，待实际生产需要时，按照需求进行出库。因实际应用与初期需求的差异，造成部分物资未使用，为节约成本，需及时将这部分物资回到原位，以便其他产品使用。在实际的物资管理中，产品的经费，是以项目为主线进行管理，整个物资管理中，所有物资的归属均以项目编号为中心进行。

综上简单分析，就目前企业的工作环境及模式，要想做到在众多项目、众多物资中快速入库、快速出库、余料快速回归库位，需要对流程细节进行优化，要在实际操作与软件系统中精准契合，防止人为差错，最大限度提高效率，应需做到以下四点：第一 需要精准设置库位;第二 需要精准入库，标识清晰，实物包装附完整可读标识;第三 出库配备扫码终端，快速准确找出物品;第四 对于多余物料：包装完好，及时回位。……
