火力发电厂自动化仪器仪表管理与维护分析

摘要：本文首先分析了火力发电厂自动化仪器仪表的管理维护现状，然后主要论述了管理与维护火力发电厂自动化仪器仪表的对策，如优化管理制度、定期维护机制以、丰富维护方法、重视员工培训、实现精细化维护、改进生命周期及设置仪器仪表管理规程等，希望可以为相关人员提供一定的参考，保证仪器仪表的管理和维护质量，让火力发电厂中的自动化仪器仪表保持稳定的运行状态，从而促进整体经济效益的提升，改善火电厂的整体发展。

Analysis on Management and Maintenance of Automation Instrument in Thermal Power Plant

Abstract： This paper first analyzes the status quo of management and maintenance of automatic instruments in thermal power plants， and then mainly discusses the countermeasures of management and maintenance of automatic instruments in thermal power plants， such as optimizing management system， regular maintenance mechanism， enriching maintenance methods， paying attention to staff training， realizing fine maintenance， improving life cycle and setting instrument management procedures， etc It can provide certain reference for relevant personnel， ensure the management and maintenance quality of instruments and meters， keep the automatic instruments and meters in the thermal power plant in a stable operation state， so as to promote the overall economic benefits and improve the overall development of the thermal power plant.

隨着自动化技术的发展，由多个自动化元件构成的自动化仪器仪表在火力发电厂中的应用程度已经得到不断加深，其操作简单，可以将相关数据进行精确展示，极大程度的提升了火电厂的发电质量，推动火电厂向智能化、一体化、多功能化和网格化方向发展，对其进行有效的管理和维护具有极大的现实意义。

1火力发电厂自动化仪器仪表的管理维护现状

首先，管理体系较为落后。火电厂涉及到各种不同的设备，每个设备对于管理维护需求都有所差异，在设备不断得到更新的情况下，火电厂没有与之相匹配的管理制度，导致在实际管理过程中工作人员对设备的维护行为局限于浅层处理，不会深入了解设备情况，不能将设备的潜在隐患进行及时发现。同时，对维修部门的重视程度不高，导致在聘用、管理工作人员的过程中会存在一定问题，不能充分发挥工作人员的力量。……
