3D虚拟现实技术在智能营业厅建设和推广中的应用

摘  要：智能营业厅建设在智能用电中占据重要位置，是组成智能用电环节的重要内容。智能营业厅可以为人们提供智能的用电服务，还能宣传企业形象、展示企业成就，同时还能让人们体验到先进的电力技术，所以智能营业厅建设在装修、软件和业务流程方面都有着很高要求。但是现在的智能营业厅建设中还存在很多问题需要解决，因此，需要积极引进先进的技术和方法，推动智能营业厅建设实现更好发展，并进一步对智能营业厅进行推广。

Application of 3D Virtual Reality Technology in the Construction and Promotion of Intelligent Business Hall

Abstract： The construction of intelligent business hall occupies an important position in the intelligent power consumption， and is an important part of the intelligent power consumption link. Intelligent business hall can not only provide intelligent electricity service for people， but also promote enterprise image， show enterprise achievements， and let people experience advanced power technology. So the construction of intelligent business hall has high requirements in decoration， software and business process. However， there are still many problems to be solved in the construction of intelligent business hall. Therefore， we need to actively introduce advanced technology and methods to promote the construction of intelligent business hall to achieve better development， and further promote the intelligent business hall.

1  智能化营业厅建设思路

智能营业厅建设主要应从硬件设施和系统支持两方面进行考虑。对于硬件设施，需要在符合营业厅规模和级别的基础上合理规划营业厅区域，还要在营业厅区域配置上相应的设施，如自助填单台、自助发票打印机、互动设备、多媒体设备等。支持系统可以对营业厅业务进行一体化管控，从而可以实现线上线下互动，还可以对不同类型业务系统之间的隔阂进行消除，真正让客户享受到舒适、便捷的服务。

1.1 硬件设施建设

1.1.1 客户引导区

在营业厅的入口处一般都会设置客户引导区，该区域的作用就是引导客户到自己想要办理业务的相应区域。如果是在举办活动的特殊时期可以在客户引导区配置专业引导客户办理业务的引导员，引导员同时还肩负着解答客户业务咨询的任务，对于一些特殊客户群体，引导员也可以提供一对一服务或全过程服务。……
