麒麟丸联合克罗米芬治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕的临床研究

摘要：目的 分析研究麒麟丸联合克罗米芬治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法 选取中医辨证属于肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕的患者共68例，按照随机数据表分为观察组34例和对照组34例，对照组予以克罗米芬治疗，治疗组在克罗米芬的基础上加用中成药麒麟丸治疗，观察2组患者的临床总有效率、妊娠率以及治疗前后子宫内膜厚度的变化。结果 治疗后观察组的总有效率为82.35%，妊娠率为32.35%，治疗组的总有效率为94.12%，妊娠率为61.76%，治疗组均高于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗6个月后2对照组子宫内膜厚度都较前增加（P<0.05），且治疗组增加幅度显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 麒麟丸联合克罗米芬治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕，疗效确切，临床妊娠率高，并且可明显改善患者子宫内膜的厚度，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Qilin Pills combined with clomiphene in the treatment of infertility patients with kidney deficiency due to ovulation dysfunction. Methods： 68 patients were selected according to TCM differentiation and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random data table， 34 cases per group. The control group was treated with clomiphene and the treatment group was added Qilin Pills on the base of clomiphene treatment. The clinical total effective rate， pregnancy rate and the change of endometrial thickness before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results： After treatment， the total effective rate of the observation group was 82.35%， the pregnancy rate was 32.35%， and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%， and the pregnancy rate was 61.76%. The treatment group was better than the control group（P<0.05）. After 6-month treatment， the endometrial thickness of the two groups increased（P<0.05）， and the increase in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Qilin Pills combined with clomiphene has a definite curative effect in the treatment of infertility patients with kidney deficiency due to ovulation dysfunction， with a high clinical pregnancy rate， and can significantly improve the endometrial thickness of the patients， and is worthy of clinical application.

排卵障碍是引起不孕的主要原因之一，约占女性不孕的25%，可以是不同疾病的共同表现，其中以多囊卵巢综合征最常见[1]。克罗米芬于1956年被合成，是临床中常见的用于促排卵治疗的药物，临床排卵率可达到70%，而妊娠率较低，仅为30%[2]，存在妊娠率低、抗雌激素作用、多胎妊娠的缺陷[3-4]麒麟丸是妇科常用的中成药，功能补肾填精，益气养血，常用于治疗肾虚型女性不孕症。本次研究通过联合麒麟丸和克罗米芬对肾虚型排卵障碍性患者进行促排卵，并且与单纯应用克罗米芬促排卵进行对比，以期为临床提供治疗思路。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般資料 入选对象均为乐山市人民医院及乐山市市中区妇幼保健院2017年10月-2019年5月收治的排卵障碍性不孕患者共68例，按照随机数据表分为观察组34例和对照组34例。观察组患者平均年龄（27.5±4.83）岁;平均不孕时间（2.35±2.55）a。……
