汽车发动机和变速箱自动化装配技术分析

摘 要：随着我国加强了国产汽车的研发力度，我国自主知识产权的汽车不断增多。但是与国外汽车生产技术相比较，国产技术水平仍比较低，这其中的差距主要体现在汽车变速箱和发动机技术上。国产汽车受到进口汽车变速箱生产技术的影响，逐渐倾向于使用新技术，朝着性能优化和简单化的方向发展。当前，我国汽车发动机和变速箱自动化装配技术有了很大程度的提升，为广大客户提供性能优良、安全可靠的汽车。

Analysis of Automated Assembly Technology of Automobile Engine and Gearbox

Abstract：As China has strengthened the research and development of domestically-made automobiles， the number of automobiles with independent intellectual property rights has been increasing. However， compared with foreign automobile production technology， the level of domestic technology is still relatively low， and the gap is mainly reflected in automobile gearbox and engine technology. Influenced by the production technology of imported automobile gearboxes， domestic automobiles gradually tend to use new technologies and develop in the direction of performance optimization and simplification. At present， China's automobile engine and gearbox automatic assembly technology has been greatly improved， providing customers with high-performance， safe and reliable automobiles.

从当前我国国产汽车的研发情况来看，虽然取得了一定成绩，但是起步时间较晚，相关技术的发展还很不成熟，尤其是缺乏核心技术和自主研发技术，特别是在发动机以及变速箱上面，仍然需要依靠国外的技术。

1 汽车发动机和变速箱自动化装配技术应用思路

汽车发动机和变速箱就像是一个以装配为核心的生产线路，在生产现场需要大量的人力参与。在装配产品上，生产现场可能存在不良率的问题，而这些不良产品大部分是由于装配工作人员的失误造成的，其主要的因素是由于汽车设计过程中并未考虑到人工对汽车装配生产带来的影响，导致汽车发动机和变速箱在装配中经常出现错误，进而出現产品不良的问题。因此，为了解决装配错误的问题，在开发产品之处或者是变更汽车设计的时候，汽车供应商通常会首先制作一个实体的原型，测试产品的各项机能是否符合标准，这样客户还可以根据实体原型确认产品的质量，是否符合自己的使用要求。……
