新吴门美术：传承江南文脉，在开放包容中砥砺前行

“吴门画派”如何以一种新的视野来表达新的气象、探索新的表现形式，已经成为苏州美术家们热切思考的时代话题。“艺术当随时代”“艺术在新时代的现场”，“新吴门”应该突破一般意义上理解的狭隘的“画派”概念，以广义的“新吴门画派”为引领，在改革开放的大潮中，着力描绘大气磅礴的时代画卷，着力融入当代审美理想的时代情感。

4月是春意盎然、万物生机勃勃的日子。“百年辉煌·行走江南——新吴门美术作品走四方特展”带着百余件苏州美术家的作品走进北京中国文艺家之家展览馆。

此次特展是苏州继2017年“回眸600年——从明四家到当代吴门绘画特展”在中国美术馆成功展出后又一次深情巡礼，也是“吴门画派”传承与发展具有时代意义与当代价值的集中阐释。展览展出的102件新中国成立以来苏州入选历届全国美术作品展和各单项展的获奖作品，是苏州现当代美术家精品力作的一次集中展示。“苏州承载着人们对江南最美好的记忆与想象，是江南文化的重要发源地。当代苏州画家在继承传统的基础上，为苏州美术发展注入新时代的文化活力。作为“江南文化”品牌塑造三年行动计划的重点项目，此次展览反映了苏州悠久而灿烂的江南文化，这不仅承载着历史文化的厚重积淀，更体现了现代文化的蓬勃生机。……
