浅议配农网工程物资规范化管理

【摘  要】随着社会经济的高速发展，居民用电量日益上涨，家用电器数量种类的增多、企业用电量的增加，都对现有的配电网建设提出了更高的要求。为保障社会居民和企业的用电安全，必须加强配农网工程建设。物资管理作为配农网工程建设中的重要一环，提升配农网物资的规范化管理显得尤为重要。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of social economy， the electricity consumption of residents is increasing day by day. The increase in the number and types of household appliances and the increase in the electricity consumption of enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the construction of the existing distribution network. In order to ensure the safety of the social residents and enterprises， it is necessary to strengthen the construction of rural distribution network. Material management as an important link in the construction of rural distribution network， it is particularly important to improve the standardized management of materials in rural distribution network.

1 配农网物资管理重要意义

配农网物资管理贯穿于配农网项目实施全过程，是配农网项目有序正常进行的最基础的保证，通过物资上报计划、物资招标与采购、物资供应计划、物资领用计划、物资收货、存储等有关规章制度，能够降低工程物资的损耗、节约配电网工程建设成本。物资各环节的规范化管理还能够减少库存的积压，同时降低物资存储所需要的费用，节约配农网工程建设成本。物资管理可以提高企业的经济效益，也能够缩短配农网工程项目建设周期，实现企业利益的最大化。在配农网工程施工的每一个环节都需要线缆、设备等物资，所以，保证配农网工程所需物资有条不紊地进入现场十分重要。物资能否按照供应计划到达现场，不仅会影响现场项目的施工，对于本年度配农网项目的整体进度及停电计划的准确度都会造成影响。前期物资预测的准确性、物资供应计划的准时性以及与设备类厂家交底的及时性，都对配农网项目整体进度有很大的影响。……
