长沙市城区社区零售终端的配送方式研究

【摘  要】社区新零售概念的提出，使得社区零售进入了一个新的发展阶段。为了解社区常住居民对社区零售商品配送方式的态度，论文以长沙市主城区为例，通过问卷调查社区居民对社区零售的服务态度、配送及时性、方便性以及费用的合理性等方面的评价，运用二元Logistic回归方法分析影响社区零售配送方式的因素，从而针对性地提出解决方案，助力社区零售终端变革发展之路。

【关键词】The proposal of the concept of community new retail has brought community retail into a new stage of development. In order to understand the attitude of community residents towards the distribution mode of community retail commodities， this paper takes the main urban area of Changsha City as an example， uses questionnaires to investigate community residents' evaluations of the service attitude， timeliness of distribution， convenience and reasonableness of costs of community retail. This paper uses binary Logistic regression method to analyze the factors that affect the distribution mode of community retail， so as to specifically put forward solutions， thus helping to transform the development path of community retail terminal.

1 引言

社区零售近几年得到迅速发展，新的零售模式不断推出，区别之前的传统社区零售的运营模式，社区零售终端开始采用线下配送、团购自提等新模式，零售终端的商品信息能够及时地通知到社区居民消费者，极大地方便了居民的生活，提升了居民的生活质量。本文借鉴了基于二元Logistic回归分析的金融人才需求及变化研究，新媒体营销对烟台大樱桃品牌购买行为的影响研究——基于二元Logistic回归模型的实证分析，乡村旅游背景下江西省贫困农户生计资本评价及影响因素研究——基于二元Logistic回归模型等，建立了一个二元Logistic回归模型。为进一步了解社区零售发展背景下的居民偏好的配送方式，本文展开了相应的调查研究。

2 二元Logistic回归分析

2.1 样本选择和数据来源

为更好地了解长沙市六大主城区的社区常住居民对社区零售发展配送方式问题的看法，本次研究选择分层两阶段PPS不等概率抽样方案，通过各区选街道，街道再选取共615个社区常住居民进行问卷调查，得到关于社区零售配送问题的具体信息。……
