烤烟新品种‘云烟116’田间抗病性鉴定研究

摘    要：为了鉴定引进烤烟品种‘云烟116在宜宾烟区的田间抗病性，2020年在四川省兴文县3个不同生态区选择常年发病、重发病田（地）块，与对照品种‘云烟87进行对比研究。结果表明，与对照品种‘云烟87相比较，烤烟品种‘云烟116的根黑腐病发病率低2.00～3.00个百分点、病情指数低34.33%～100.00%，黑胫病发病率低0.00～2.00个百分点、病情指数低12.36%～100.00%，病毒病发病率低2.00～6.00个百分点、病情指数低16.08%～100.00%，赤星病发病率低1.00～5.00个百分点、病情指数低4.95%～58.73%，青枯病发病率低1.00～2.00个百分点、病情指数低15.28%～50.00%;根据差异显著性分析，烤烟品种‘云烟116对病毒病、根黑腐病、黑胫病、赤星病的田间抗病性优于对照品种‘云烟87，对青枯病的田间抗病性与对照品种‘云烟87相当。综合而言，烤烟品种‘云烟116的田间综合抗病性优于对照品种‘云烟87，可在宜宾烟区推广应用。

Abstract：  In order to identify the field disease resistance of 'Yunyan 116' in Yibin tobacco area， the fields （plots） with perennial and severe disease incidence were selected from 3 different ecological zones of Xingwen County， Sichuan Province in 2020， and a comparative study with control variety 'Yunyan 87' were conducted. The results showed that compared with 'Yunyan87'， the disease incidence and disease index of black root rot were decreased by 2.00-3.00 percentage points and 34.33%-100.00%， respectively; the disease incidence and disease index of black shank were decreased by 0.00-2.00 percentage points and 12.36%-100.00%， respectively; the disease incidence and disease index of virus disease were decreased by 2.00-6.00 percentage points and 16.08%-100.00%， respectively; the disease incidence and disease index of Alternaria alternata were decreased by 1.00-5.00 percentage points and 4.95%-58.73%， respectively; the disease incidence and disease index of bacterial wilt were decreased by 1.00-2.00 percentage points and 15.28%-50.00%， respectively. According to the difference significance analysis， the field resistance of 'Yunyan 116' to virus disease， black root rot， black shank， and Alternaria alternata was better than 'Yunyan 87'， and the field resistance to bacterial wilt was equal to 'Yunyan 87'. In summary， the field comprehensive disease resistance of 'Yunyan 116' is better than 'Yunyan 87'， which could be applied in Yibin tobacco area.

‘云煙116是云南省烟草农业科学研究院以中间材料‘8610-711为母本，‘单育2号为父本杂交，经系谱选择培育的烤烟品种，该品种综合表现好，适宜南方烟区种植，于2016年通过全国烟草品种审定委员会审定[1]。地处西南的四川宜宾是我国重要的烤烟产区之一，由于多年种植烤烟品种‘K326和‘云烟87，品种特性衰退明显[2]。为了解决宜宾市烤烟生产上品种单一和退化问题，宜宾市农业科学院与四川省烟草公司宜宾市公司于2017年引进烤烟新品种‘云烟116在宜宾市进行试验示范，试验证明其表现优异，适宜宜宾市种植[3]。……
