建筑工程施工进度控制与管理

【摘  要】施工进度控制管理工作基本上可以视为建筑工程管理体系的重要组成内容。从客观角度来看，施工进度控制管理成果的好坏往往会对建筑工程整体建设效益以及质量安全产生至关重要的影响。鉴于此，论文主要对建筑工程施工进度控制管理的重要作用进行总结归纳，在此基础上，对当前影响建筑工程施工进度控制管理的相关因素进行研究与分析，并提出具体的控制管理措施，以期为相关人员提供一定的参考借鉴。

【Abstract】Construction schedule control and management work can basically be regarded as an important part of building engineering management system. From an objective point of view， the quality of construction schedule control and management results often have a crucial impact on the overall construction benefits and the quality and safety of building engineering. In view of this， this paper mainly summarizes the important role of construction schedule control and management of building engineering， on this basis， studies and analyzes the relevant factors affecting the current construction schedule control and management of building engineering， and puts forward specific control and management measures， so as to provide some reference for relevant personnel.

1 引言

建筑工程施工建设期间常会受到各类因素的制约影响而出现工期延误或者质量隐患问题。为规避上述问题的干扰影响，施工单位方面通常会采取施工进度控制管理手段，加强对现场施工作业流程以及技术应用方式的控制管理，目的在于通过不断贯彻与落实施工管理责任，确保现场施工进度得以有效把控，满足合同规定的交付日期要求。在具体控制管理过程中，施工管理人员与现场施工人员应该主动承担起自身的岗位职责，对施工现场涉及的进度控制管理要点进行统筹规划与合理部署，并按照质量优先与安全治理的原则要求，加强对现场工艺流程落实情况的合理把控，避免出现安全隐患问题，对现场施工进度造成延误性影响。
