地籍测绘在自然资源管理中的重要性研究

【摘  要】在目前阶段，我国的经济得到了高效的发展，我国逐渐重视起自然资源的管理，而地籍测绘工作是自然资源管理中非常重要的一个组成部分，开展地籍测绘的工作，不但可以让地籍信息得到有效的掌握，同时还能对我国的土地资源进行科学合理的规划，因此，需要让地籍测绘的水平得到有效的提高。基于此，论文对地籍测绘在自然资源管理中的重要性进行了深入的探究和分析，希望可以在一定的程度上给自然資源管理起到参考的作用。

【Abstract】At the present stage， the economy of China has developed with high efficiency. Our country gradually pay attention to the management of natural resources. Cadastral surveying and mapping work is a very important part of natural resources management. Carrying out cadastral surveying and mapping can not only make cadastral information to be effectively mastered， but also make a scientific and reasonable planning of China's land resources. Therefore， it is necessary to effectively improve the level of cadastral surveying and mapping. Based on this， this paper deeply explores and analyzes the importance of cadastral surveying and mapping in natural resource management， hoping to provide a reference for natural resource management to a certain extent.

1 引言

良好地开展地籍测绘工作，不但让社会经济得到有效的提高，还可以让民生的问题得到有效的解决。在自然资源管理工作中，地籍测绘发挥着重要的作用，通过开展良好的地籍测绘工作，能够得到准确的土地资源数据，并且让数据信息的准确性得到保障，让数据信息更加具体和详细，让我国土地的使用率得到有效的提升，让各种工程建设的质量得到有效的保障，以此让我国的经济建设可以得到快速的发展。

2 地籍测绘的主要特点和内容

2.1 地籍测绘的主要特点

在开展地籍测绘工作的过程中，地籍测绘对于相关人员有着严格的要求，不但需要地籍测绘人员具备专业的测绘知识，还需要有丰富的地籍测绘经验，而且作为一名地籍测绘人员，还需要懂得相关的法律知识，在实际开展地籍测绘的过程中，要具备认真和负责的态度，保证工作的严密性。……
