【摘 要】近年来,随着“一带一路”倡议的提出和实施以及国际工程业务的拓展,中国企业走出国门的步伐加快。因此,高效率的工程管理备受关注。BIM技术作为一种先进的工程管理技术,在国际项目中得到普遍应用。在地铁车站主体结构的设计中应用BIM技术,在项目前期建立项目的BIM模型,有利于对项目进行更有效、更综合和全方位的管理。论文基于BIM技术的特性,论述了模型的信息输出方法,以突显BIM技术的优势。结果证明,BIM技术的应用有利于国际项目工程管理效率的提高。
【Abstract】In recent years, with the introduction and implementation of "the Belt and Road" initiative and the expansion of international engineering business, China's companies have accelerated their pace of going abroad. Therefore, high-efficiency engineering management has attracted much attention. As an advanced engineering management technology, BIM technology has been widely used in international projects. The application of BIM technology in the design of the main structure of metro station and the establishment of project BIM model in the early stage of the project are conducive to more effective, more comprehensive and all-round management of the project. Based on the characteristics of BIM technology, this paper discusses the information output method of the model to highlight the advantages of BIM technology. The results show that the application of BIM technology is conducive to the improvement of the management efficiency of international engineering project.

1 引言
近年来,随着“一带一路”倡议的提出和实施以及国际工程业务的拓展,中国企业走出国门的速率越来越快。在这种背景下,BIM技术的存在十分重要。建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,简称BIM)是在之前已有的一些绘图技术基础上发展起来的一种新型的信息管理技术,BIM技术对建筑工程的基础数据进行吸收整合、分析和输出,来更大程度地强化辅助设计的优势[1-3]。BIM技术的应用主要局限于设计单位,施工企业对BIM技术的应用比较被动,如何提高BIM技术的应用水平成为该技术应用的一大门槛[4,5]。BIM作为一种全新的理念和技术,不同类型的建筑项目都可以在BIM平台找到自己亟待解决问题的应对办法[6]。
本文所述项目位于新加坡地铁四号线某站。车站主体结构为地下两层双跨(局部三跨)箱型框架结构,标准段宽19.7m,基坑深度约16.5m,盾构井段宽25.1m,基坑深度约18.6m。……
