企业优化知识产权成果转化管理的研究

【摘  要】随着时代的发展，人们的维权意识逐渐增强，而且不再局限于传统的资产权维护，对于知识产权维护的重视程度与日俱增。自2008年中国企业经历知识产权战略年后，中国企业如何在知识产权保护的主旋律中突破竞争企业的重重包围限制，创造独立自主的知识产权，突破自主科研瓶颈，是企业在未来一段时间内需要解决的重点问题。经过多年实践经验的积累可知，加快知识产权成果的转化是首要任务。科学技术的不断发展是当今世界发展的主题，中国企业要把握机会，加强对知识产权成果转化的管理，创建优质的知识产权成果管理体制。论文主要探讨了企业优化知识产权成果转化管理过程中存在的问题，总结可行性改进建议，仅供参考。

【Abstract】With the development of the times， people's awareness of rights protection is gradually enhanced， and it is no longer limited to the traditional protection of asset rights， and people pay more and more attention to the protection of intellectual property. Since China's enterprises experienced the year of intellectual property strategy in 2008， how China's enterprises break through the multiple encirclement and restriction of competitive enterprises， create independent intellectual property， and break through the bottleneck of independent scientific research in the main theme of intellectual property protection are the key problems that enterprises need to solve in the coming period. After years of accumulation of practical experience， it is clear that accelerating the transformation of intellectual property achievements is the primary task. The continuous development of science and technology is the theme of today's world development. China's enterprises should seize the opportunity to strengthen the management of the transformation of intellectual property achievements and create a high-quality management system of intellectual property achievements. This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the process of optimizing the management of the transformation of intellectual property achievements， and summarizes the feasibility improvement suggestions， for reference only.

1 引言

中国的发展进入新时代，国家对企业自主创新和科学进步投入了极大的关注，形成了一大批拥有自主知识产权的核心技术和知名品牌。当前，国内大多数企业在国家政策的要求之下，进行了积极的技术探索，企业的创新力度有了明显的强化，取得了众多研究成果。但是就国内企业的发展现状而言，限制企业发展的因素已经转变为知识产权成果的转化问题。即使企业拥有众多科研成果的突破，但是仍然存在一些限制理论与实践之间转化的因素。知识成果的有效转化是提高企业竞争力的重要手段，也是促进国内企业高质量发展的必然选择，对于国家的进一步发展、提高国际竞争力十分必要，应该引起相关人员的重视，促进企业进行知识产权成果转化的管理。……
