石油企业政工工作创新及政工队伍建设分析

【摘  要】随着经济的发展和社会的进步，石油企业不断发展，政工工作也成为企业经营管理的重要组成部分。很多企业因为缺乏对政工工作的重视，政工工作的创新并没有真正落实，依旧存在很多不足之处。这些问题阻碍了企业的发展壮大，影响企业内部的有效管理。论文针对企业政工工作中存在的问题进行分析和讨论，并提出相应的优化对策，希望能为企业管理者创新政工工作提供帮助。

【Abstract】With the development of economy and the progress of society， petroleum enterprises continue to develop， political work has become an important part of enterprise operation and management. Due to the lack of attention to political work in many enterprises， the innovation of political work has not been really implemented， and there are still many existing deficiencies. These problems hinder the development and growth of enterprises and affect the effective management of enterprises. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the political work in the enterprise， and puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures， hoping to provide help for enterprise managers to innovate political work.

1 引言

企业政工管理部门是企业重要的管理部门，为了维护企业的良性发展和合理化组织而存在。对于企业来说，政工部门需要对企业进行目标制定和员工组织，在很大程度上，政工部门的工作效率越高，能够实现的经济效益也就越高。因此，管理者需要重视政工管理的重要性，积极做好政工管理的优化。

2 石油企业政工工作创新及政工队伍建设中存在的问题

当下石油企业虽然朝着现代化的方向发展，但是在发展过程中还是会遇到很多问题，影响企业有效管理的同时也影响了经济的发展。下文对这些问题进行重点分析。

2.1 基层政工体系建设不完善

当前，石油企业政工工作出现问题与政工工作机制不健全有一定的关系，难以为石油企业政工工作的顺利开展与充分落实提供完善规范的机制框架，进而影响石油企业政工工作的實效性。石油企业政工队伍建设过程中缺少完善的管理体系。……
