财务共享在企业财务管理中的作用探究

【摘  要】新时代的来临使得财务管理被视为直接参与资源配置的基础环节。经济的可持续发展对企业的发展起着重要的作用。从我国经济现状来看，近年来我国经济取得了稳定发展。在经济社会发展的过程中，由于受通货膨胀等多种因素的影响，财务共享平台应运而生。论文从多个角度出发，结合具体的经济问题，对财务共享中心的建立及其对财务管理的影响进行分析探讨，并提出建议。

【Abstract】The advent of a new era has led to financial management being seen as a fundamental part of direct involvement in resources allocation. The sustainable development of economy plays an important role in the development of enterprises. From the current situation of China's economy， China's economy has achieved stable development in recent years. In the process of economic and social development， due to the impact of multiple factors such as inflation， financial sharing platform is created by adapting to the timing. Starting from multiple perspectives， combined with specific economic problems， the paper analyzes and discusses the establishment of the financial sharing center and its impact on financial management， and puts forward suggestions.

1 引言

在如今飞速发展的新时代背景下，企业不仅开始对行业领域的稳定性、功能性、安全性越来越重视，而且对行业本身的准则、管理要求以及工作质量也越来越重视，基于共享平台的财务管理工作，也有很多问题有待完善，如管理标准问题、管理的动能性不高、财务共享平台的影响力不足等。结合财务管理行业中的特点，本文对财务共享平台的建立以及其对财务管理的影响作出初步探析。

2 财务共享的特点

在财务管理工作的开展过程中，对任务以及目标数量的要求很多，要以清晰的安排和稳定的体系来指导员工开展工作，合理地为其分配任务和责任，以达到组织或企业的绩效要求。这反映出财务管理领域中普遍存在的问题：时间占比较多、效率较低，这严重阻碍了行业生产规模的扩大和经济效益的增长。因此，分工是本行业财务管理体系中不可缺少的框架结构，它对推动企业财务管理的竖向发展具有巨大的帮助和发展推动力。……
