排水固结法在污水处理厂污泥地基处理中的应用

【摘  要】随着我国经济的快速发展，排水固结法在污水处理厂基础施工中的应用越来越被重视。为进一步提升该种方法的应用效率，需要根据实际情况引进新的技术和工艺，增强施工方式与施工监测的有机结合，应用孔隙水压力、土体分层沉降等指标作好实时监测，辅之以填土预压和设置竖向塑料排水板等方式处理淤泥地基基本情况，增强地基的抗变形能力，使得各项指标的设定可超过预期值。因此，论文主要针对排水固结法在污水处理厂污泥地基处理中的应用进行分析，并提出合理化建议。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's economy， more and more attention has been paid to the application of drainage consolidation method in the foundation construction of sewage treatment plant. In order to further improve the application efficiency of this method， it is necessary to introduce new technologies and processes according to the actual situation， strengthen the organic combination of construction methods and construction monitoring， apply pore water pressure， layered settlement of soil and other indicators to do real-time monitoring， supplemented by filling preloading and setting vertical plastic drainage board to deal with the basic situation of silt foundation， and enhance the anti deformation ability of foundation， so that the setting of each index can exceed the expected value. Therefore， this paper mainly analyzes the application of drainage consolidation method in sludge foundation treatment of sewage treatment plant， and puts forward reasonable suggestions.

1 引言

排水固结法是一项比较成熟的地基加固技术，其不仅仅只是单纯的强夯法加固，一旦出现地基变化，其压力增长情况很难消散，也容易形成橡皮土，故在应用该种方法时需要使用复杂的加压系统，延长实际工期。该种方法的地基处理质量好、投资低且工期短，对于污泥处理的质量处理优势十分显著。在应用过程中，首先要设置水平排水体系，确保其在盲沟处设置一个集水井，再在地表铺设砂垫层。其次则是设置竖向排水体系，将其用于改善地基的排水管理系统，在动力作用下实现对残余力的综合处理，降低排水孔隙，增大应力值，从而实现地基加固的作用。
