正畸联合口腔修复疗法治疗先天性缺牙的效果分析

摘  要：目的  分析正畸联合口腔修复疗法治疗先天性缺牙的效果。方法  采用随机数表法将平原县第一人民医院在2018年12月～2019年12月所收治的80例先天性缺牙患者均分为对照组与观察组，其中对照组患者（n=40）采取口腔修复疗法治疗，观察组患者（n=40）采取正畸联合口腔修复疗法治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后语言功能、咀嚼功能评分。结果观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组，差异具备统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者语言功能、咀嚼功能评分均高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论  正畸联合口腔修复疗法治疗先天性缺牙的效果，高于仅采取口腔修复疗法治疗所产生的效果。

Abstract： Objective  To analyze the effect of orthodontic combined with oral prosthodontics in the treatment of congenital tooth deficiency. Methods  A total of 80 patients with congenital tooth loss admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method. Among them， the control group（n=40） received oral prosthodontic therapy， while the observation group（n=40） received orthodontic combined oral prosthodontic therapy. The clinical treatment effect， speech function and chewing function scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results  The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group， with statistically significant difference（P<0.05）; After treatment， the scores of speech function and chewing function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion  The effect of orthodontics combined with oral prosthodontics in the treatment of congenital missing teeth is higher than that of oral prosthodontics alone.

先天性缺牙为口腔科的一种多发病与常见病，是由于牙胚发育障碍而导致的，一般被分为个别牙缺失，先天无牙症以及多数牙缺失这三种，若治疗不当或不及时，就会消极影响到患者的咀嚼功能、语言功能，以及牙齿的美观性[1-2]。现如今，伴随人们生活水平的不断提升，对于口腔保健的意识也愈发增强，所以许多先天性缺牙患者均选择采取医疗手段来恢复自身牙齿的美观性以及语言功能等[3-4]。而在此情况下，探寻治疗先天性缺牙患者的有效性方式就显得至关重要。对此，本文主要研究正畸联合口腔修复疗法治疗先天性缺牙的效果，现研究报告如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料
