浅述机器人在汽车制造领域中的应用

摘 要：随着科技的高速发展和人类工业文明的进步，全球已经进入工业4.0的时代，当前制造工业发展的主题是智慧工厂+智能制造，在人类工业文明发展的历程中，其中工业机器人始终扮演着至关重要的角色，工业机器人在制造领域应用也越来越广泛，工业机器人的发展也越趋智能化，并且正在向深度学习方向迈进。本文着重从工业机器人在汽车制造领域发展，来深入浅出介绍机器人在传统汽车制造以及智能汽车制造领域中的相关应用，并对当前工业机器人在汽车制造工业中的发展趋势进行简要的分析和探讨，同时对工业机器人将来在高度智能化汽车制造领域中的应用前景进行设想和归纳。

The Application of Robot in Automobile Manufacturing Field

Abstract：Along with the rapid development of science and technology and the progress of industrial civilization，the world has entered the industrial age，4.0 is the theme of the current manufacturing industry to develop wisdom + smart manufacturing factory. In the development of industrial civilization，industrial robots play a vital role，and industrial robots is becoming more and more widely applied in the manufacturing field. The development of industrial robots is also becoming more and more intelligent，and is moving towards the direction of deep learning. This paper focuses on the development of industrial robots in the field of automobile manufacturing，to introduce the related applications of robots in the field of traditional automobile manufacturing and intelligent automobile manufacturing in a simple way，and briefly analyzes and discusses the development trend of industrial robots in the automobile manufacturing industry at present. At the same time，the application prospect of industrial robot in the field of highly intelligent automobile manufacturing in the future is envisaged and summarized.

1 引言

衡量一個国家制造业的自动化水平通常可用工业机器人在该国的人均密度来评估，工业机器人最重要的功能是能够高效的节省大量人力劳作，实现人工替代，效能提升。我国工业机器人发展与应用相对世界上的发达国家起步比较晚，而日本是全球进入工业2.0时代之后最早大量应用工业机器人的国家，早在2005年以前，日本的工业机器人应用量一直占全球应用量的30%～35%以上，截止到2017年由于全球经济一体化和各个国家的科技水平的突飞猛进，工业机器人在各个国家工业制造领域的广泛应用，日本的工业机器人应用量下降至15%左右。2000年，我国工业机器人应用水平在全球的占比不足1%，而到2019年，该比例上升至35%，已经连续6年成为全球工业机器人的最大应用和消费市场（如图1：工业机器人销量，台/年。……
