汽车结构多目标优化方法概述

摘 要：汽车的结构设计一直是汽车行业关注的重点问题之一。同时考虑多种汽车结构性能需求，结合多目标优化设计方法对汽车进行结构设计已成为当前汽车研发的重要手段。本文对汽车结构多目标优化设计方法中的性能需求目标、多目标转化为单目标的方法、构建近似模型和优化算法进行了总结，重点分析了多目标优化方法在汽车结构设计方面的应用。

Abstract：The structural design of automobiles has always been one of the key issues that the automobile industry pays attention to. At the same time，considering a variety of automotive structural performance requirements，the structural design of automobiles combined with multi-objective optimization design methods has become an important means of current automobile research and development. This article summarizes the performance requirements in the multi-objective optimization design method of automobile structure，the method of transforming multi-objective into single objective，the construction of approximate model and the optimization algorithm，and focuses on the application of multi-objective optimization method in automobile structure design.

1 引言

目前，汽車行业仍然面临着节能、环保和安全的压力。汽车结构的轻量化已经成为解决节能减排问题的主要的方法之一，尺寸优化、形状优化和拓扑优化等多种结构优化方法已经被广泛的应用于汽车轻量化设计中。将多目标优化理论运用到现代汽车结构设计领域中也已成为现阶段汽车研发设计中的重要手段。

当多个优化目标之间存在难以调和的矛盾时，常采用各种优化手段来分析这些优化目标之间的关系、权衡各目标的重要程度，从多个组合备选方案中寻求最佳的解决方案。对于多目标优化类问题，传统的方法是通过将其转变成为单目标优化的问题进行求解。为了进一步提高多目标优化设计的效率，目前国内外学者普遍使用优化算法与近似模型有机结合的设计方法。这类设计方法可以更加全面地反映出问题的实际情况，同时也可以提高收敛精度和设计的效率。……
