白车身车门内间隙控制方法及应用

摘 要：本文以某汽车白车身车门内间隙为研究对象，介绍白车身车门内间隙偏差造成影响，从设计和制造角度对内间隙影响因素进行分析，提出控制方法，为提高车门装调质量提供策略和具体方法，从而提高整车质量。

Abstract：In this paper， the internal gap of a certain car body in white is taken as the research object， and the influence of the internal gap deviation of the car body in white is introduced. The influencing factors of the internal gap are analyzed from the perspective of design and manufacturing， and the control methods are proposed， to provide strategies and specific methods for improving the door assembly and adjustment quality， so as to improve the quality of the whole vehicle.

1 引言

车门内间隙，是车门内板与车体门洞止口翻边的距离，[1]是密封胶条的密封间隙，是构成汽车密封结构的关键要素之一，图1为某款车型车门内间隙截面示意图。

内间隙偏差带来的主要后果有：第一，关门力大，内间隙偏小导致门挤压胶条负荷大，门进二级困难;第二，风噪，内间隙偏大门框胶条密封性差，车辆在高速行驶过程中，空气通过车身门缝隙进入车内而产生冲击噪声;第三，漏水，内间隙偏大导致胶条无法密封门洞，下雨时水从门洞胶条漏光处流入;第四，整车美观度，车门内间隙与车身外表面平整度是相互制约，内间隙如果存在问题，会导致汽车表面的平整度出现问题，进而影响汽车整体外观。以上这些后果都会影响用户用车舒适性，引起用户的抱怨。

内间隙作为车门装配质量的评价指标之一，在实际生产过程中，内间隙是白车身车门装调质量控制难题，本文对车门内间隙偏差进行分析，结合现场调试经验，介绍内间隙偏差的提升方法及思路。

2 内间隙偏差影响因素

从车门装配工艺角度出发，车门内间隙主要受以下几个方面：产品设计、制造过程（包含车身尺寸偏差、车门尺寸偏差、车门装调精度、总装装配精度）、人员操作影响;要提升车门内间隙，需对这几个方面因素进行分析及采取措施。……
