关于汽车离合器分离不彻底故障的思考

摘 要：离合器作为汽车动力系统中最频繁使用的重要部件之一，其在使用过程中出现的问题也是广大车主最为关注的焦点。通常离合器分离不彻底的原因有很多，给车主们带来最大的不便就是行驶途中换档困难或者起步时挂不上档等。由于离合器控制的是动力与发动机之间的切断与连接，所以离合器的使用能直接反应出驾驶水平的高低以及对车保养的好坏程度。

Abstract：Clutch is one of the most frequently used important components in the automotive power system， and the problems that arise during the use of the clutch are also the focus of the most attention of many car owners. Usually there are many reasons for the incomplete clutch separation. The biggest inconvenience to car owners is the difficulty of shifting gears during driving or the inability to put on gears when starting. Since the clutch controls the disconnection and connection between the power and the engine， the use of the clutch can directly reflect the level of driving level and the degree of maintenance of the car.

1 引言

離合器作为手动档车型动力系统的重要部件，其功能是不容小觑的。它不仅能使车辆平稳起步、确保传动系统顺利换档，还能限制传递转矩避免传动系统过载。因此，离合器的性能问题一直倍受关注。本文主要针对离合器分离不彻底故障，究其原因、细致分析，并总结了一些排除故障的方法，以供参考。

2 离合器的的工作原理

目前摩擦式离合器的应用最为广泛，它具有结构简单、性能好、便于维修等特点。当离合器处于接合状态时，弹簧会使压盘、飞轮相互压紧。发动机转矩由飞轮或压盘的摩擦力矩传到从动盘，然后经过从动轴向传动系统输出。

踩下踏板时，可以使弹簧压缩，解除对压盘的压力，然后离合器的主动与从动部分就没有动力传递，因此，处于分离状态。当抬起离合器踏板时，压盘会在压力弹簧的作用下增大传递扭矩，使其能够克服汽车起步时的阻力，然后从动盘开始选择，这时汽车移动速度低于飞轮转速，直到二者转速相等时，滑膜现象消失，离合器完全结合为止，才能恢复动力传递。……
