功能对等视角下满铁剪报中英语新闻的翻译研究

摘  要：近年来，随着民国文献资料的深入研究，使得越来越多的学者关注到满铁资料的学术价值。该研究对满铁剪报及其研究价值进行了简要介绍，分析了新闻文体特征，在此基础上将奈达的功能对等理论应用到满铁剪报英语新闻资料的翻译之中。研究表明，功能对等理论可以很好地指导新闻翻译，帮助译者产出较高质量的译文。希望该研究可以为新闻语体翻译提供借鉴。

Translation of English News in Manchurian railway Newspaper from the Perspective

of Functional Equivalence

Abstract： In recent years， with the in-depth study of documents and materials in the Republic of China， more and more scholars pay attention to the academic value of Mantetsu Materials. This paper gives a brief introduction to Mantetsu Newspaper clippings and their research value， analyzes the stylistic features of news， and applies Nida's functional equivalence theory to the translation of English news materials of Mantetsu Newspaper clippings. The research shows that functional equivalence theory can guide news translation well and help translators produce high-quality translation. It is hoped that this study can provide a reference for journalistic translation.

1  满铁资料简介及其研究价值

1906年11月26日，南满洲铁道株式会社成立，简称“满铁”，也称为“南满铁”或“伪满铁”。满铁资料是满铁调查部为实现其服务日本殖民统治和日本军事目的而形成的收集整理的资料，可分为3类：满铁调查报告、满铁图书资料、满铁档案资料[1]。其中，满铁剪报是情报机构于1918—1940年期间，收集整理了170种以上日文、英文和中文报刊做成的资料集，迄今为止是世界上关于20世纪前半期中国东北亚问题分类最齐全、收集范围最广、数量最庞大的资料剪报集[2]。数量巨大且价值珍贵的满铁资料，需要不同学科背景的人才参与其中，整理挖掘更多的深刻内容。该文基于满铁剪报英文材料，结合著名翻译学家奈达的功能对等理论，主要分析英语新闻语言特征及如何做到忠实原文，还原真实历史事件，发挥外文资料的史学价值。翻译研究满铁剪报资料对揭露殖民侵略真相，驳斥日本右翼势力否认侵华历史、美化侵略战争具有现实意义。……
