基于资源协同的高职院校大学生创新创业能力发展研究

摘  要：大学生创新创业能力的培养是解决其高质量、高层次就业问题的新出路。高职院校在人才培养及教育目标的设定中，应重视对各类资源进行协同开发和利用，从而为高职院校大学生创新创业提供更可靠、更多样的支持。该文首先提出了构建“纵横有道”的大学生创新创业资源协同机制，并对其进行分析，然后分析基于资源协同提出推动高职院校大学生创新创业能力发展的策略。

Research on the Development of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Based on

Resource Coordination

Abstract： The cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability is a new way to solve the problem of high-quality and high-level employment. In order to provide more reliable and diversified support for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship， colleges and universities should attach importance to the collaborative development and utilization of various resources in talent training and education goal setting. This paper first puts forward the construction of a "vertical and horizontal" collaborative mechanism of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship resources， and then analyzes the strategies to promote the development of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability based on resource synergy.

在高等教育全面普及的背景下，高職院校大学生就业已经成为一个新的社会问题。创新创业是基于创新来开展创业，是一种更高层次的就业行为，在提高大学生就业质量的道路上，很多高校加大了创新创业教育方面的投入，以便为大学生创新创业指明方向，提供理论和实践方面的支持。特别是高职院校，在开展职业教育的过程中，学生本身已经掌握了一定的专业技术能力，学生培养更加贴合社会实际需求，继而培养学生的创新创业能力更具有可行性。在“三全育人”教育改革的过程中，高职院校学生创新创业能力及创业成活率正在逐步提高，然而在大学生创新创业能力发展过程中，高职院校在资源协同方面提供的支持一直处于弱势，因此有必要对高职院校大学生创新创业教育资源协同问题展开研究。
