摘 要:针对传统数字电液控制(DEH)系统故障诊断方法的延后问题及独立诊断系统的实用性较差的问题,本文基于大量的历史运行数据总结伺服阀堵塞故障、伺服阀线圈故障、线性可变差动传感器(LVDT)故障等DEH系统常见的故障表征,并以此得出各类的诊断规则。通过构建多个故障的诊断模块并植入机组DEH系统,实现了汽轮机多种DEH故障的提前预警。该系统已在实际机组投入运行,效果良好,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Online Fault Diagnosis Method of DEH System Based on Operating Data

Abstract: Aiming at the delay problem of the traditional Digital Electric Hydraulic control system(DEH) fault diagnosis method and the poor practicability of the independent diagnosis system, this paper summarizes the fault characteristics of common faults in the DEH system such as servo valve blockage fault, servo valve coil fault, linear variable differential sensor (LVDT) fault, etc., and draws various diagnostic rules based on a large amount of historical operating data. For this problems, this paper summarizes the historical operation rules to obtain the characteristics of common DEH faults. By constructing multiple fault diagnosis modules and implanting the DEH system of the unit, the early warning of various DEH faults of the steam turbine is realized. The system has been put into operation in the actual unit, the effect is good, and it has certain popularization and application value.

DEH是發电厂汽轮机重要电调控制系统,长期运行过程中一旦出现故障,轻则会出现负荷剧烈波动,重则可能会危及机组安全可靠运行[1]。
造成汽轮机DEH故障的原因很多,如信号电缆屏蔽层未接地造成的TSI参数消失[2]、LVDT的线圈磨损造成阀门异常动作[3]、BC板/VP卡故障[4-5]等。因此,大量学者开展DEH故障的相关研究工作。一方面,很多学者开展DEH控制系统故障机理研究工作[6]。朱伟等系统分析了汽轮机调节系统常见故障及应对措施[7]。对此,也有部分学者对汽轮机DEH故障诊断方法进行研究[8-9]。沈正华等系统的分析了造成油动机卡涩故障的原因,并给出了相应的解决方案[10]。张江丰等提出了利用视频图像实时监控LVDT动作状态,弥补人工巡检的不足[11]。然而,这类DEH系统故障方法大多是在问题暴露或发生后进行的,处理方式较为被动,极易因为失去最佳处理时机导致缺陷扩大化、复杂化。……
