摘 要:PLC技术主要作为工业环境应用方面而设计的新型机电控制技术,采用了可编程存储器,在机电内部结构中存储执行逻辑运算、顺序控制、定时、计数以及算术运算等操作指令,同时通过数字化与模拟式的输入与输出,控制多种类型机械设施设备的生产过程。本文将通过PLC技术在煤矿机电中运用的优势及应用原理、PLC技术的主要应用流程、煤矿机电控制中PLC技术的应用方式3个探究方向,对煤矿机电控制中PLC技术的应用进行分析。

Application of PLC Technology in Coal Mine Electromechanical Control

Abstract: PLC technology is a new type of mechanical and electrical control technology designed for industrial environment application. It uses programmable memory to store operation instructions such as logic operation, sequence control, timing, counting and arithmetic operation in the internal structure of mechanical and electrical equipment. At the same time, it controls various types of machinery and production processes through digital and analog input and output. This paper will analyze the application of PLC technology in coal mine mechanical and electrical control through the advantages and application principle of PLC technology in coal mine mechanical and electrical control, the main application process of PLC technology, and the application mode of PLC technology in coal mine mechanical and electrical control.

煤矿机械与电气设备是煤矿生产的重要基础所在。将PLC技术应用于煤礦机电控制中的方式要通过多角度思考与深入,充分发挥PLC技术的优势作用,将其完善地运用至煤矿机电控制工作中,从而促进提升煤矿机电控制效果,强化煤矿机电控制工作中多项环节的工作质量。
1 PLC技术在煤矿机电中运用的优势及应用原理
PLC技术本身具有比较广泛全面的优势特点,不仅控制程序通用性较强、高度具有较强的可靠性,同时功能完善,便于维修且易于控制,是促进当前机电控制技术中模块化设计的有效方式。针对PLC技术的优势特点进行分析发现,将其与煤矿机电控制相结合是非常科学的。第一,PLC技术的程序控制通用性较强,这便意味着将PLC技术运用至煤矿机电中不必进行比较大范围的改动和设计,以其自身优势作用进行工作,便足以满足煤矿机电运用效果。……
