多元化模式教学在消化科实习中的应用

摘  要：消化科是临床教学的主要课程之一，具有疾病种类多、病情与病因复杂等特点，一定程度上增大了教学难度。因此，探索高质量的教学方法，较好地完成教学与培训任务，为临床输送更多高素质消化科人才，是带教老师应重点研究的问题。随着教学方式不断完善与改进，出现以案例为基础教学法（CBL）、以问题为导向教学法（PBL）、循证基础教学法（EBL）、微课、情景模拟教学、PPT教学等多元化模式教学，在激发学生独立思考能力及提高实践能力中发挥积极作用，显著提升教学质量，更有利于培养高素质消化科人才。

Application of Multi-mode Teaching in Gastroenterology Practice

Abstract： Gastroenterology is one of the main courses in clinical teaching. It has the characteristics of many kinds of diseases， complicated conditions and etiology， which increases the teaching difficulty to some extent. Therefore， exploring the teaching methods with high teaching quality， fulfilling teaching and training tasks better， and delivering more high-quality gastroenterology talents to the clinic are issues that teachers should focus on. With constantly improve and improve teaching methods， appear on the basis of the CBL， PBL ， EBL， small class teaching， simulation teaching， PPT diversified teaching mode， such as in stimulates the student independent thinking， have a positive role in improve the practice ability， significantly improving the quality of teaching， more conducive to cultivate high-quality digestive department personnel.

消化科實习是学生从理论学习过渡到实践的重要阶段，目的为加深学生对课堂所学知识的印象，使其更好地理解理论知识并加强记忆，知晓常见多发病诊疗方式，全面提升学生的分析、解决问题能力与沟通能力[1-2]。观察以往消化科教学现状发现，因消化科病情复杂、病情进展快等特点，教学难度较大。而传统教学模式中，实习目标不强，且实习学生多是被动接受知识，自主学习能力较差，进一步致使教学质量不高，医学生获取的临床技能较难满足社会需求。由此可知，不断探索与改进教学方法，将理论知识与实际有效结合，对于提高消化科实习生独立思考与解决问题的能力，以及提高教学质量意义重大。观察消化科教学情况发现，目前已出现诸多教学方法，如CBL、EBL，各个教学方法都存在一定的优缺点[3]。……
