“物理-事理-人理”方法论为视角的个人存档分析框架研究

摘要：个人档案资源是国家档案资源的有机组成，随着信息技术的发展和社会档案意识的增强，个人存档实践日渐兴盛，个人存档研究也应及时跟进。文章以“物理-事理-人理”方法论为视角，构建个人存档分析框架，从个人档案、存档方法和存档主体三个视角对个人存档展开分析，进而阐释个人存档的行为逻辑，提出应从技术和工具创新、方法和制度创新、观念和意识创新三个方面寻求突破，旨在为个人存档理论研究和具体实践提供参考。

Abstract： The practice of personal archiving had a fast development， along with the development of information technology and the enhancement of the social archive consciousness， and the research of per？ sonal archiving should be followed up in time. This pa？ per constructs an analysis framework of personal ar？ chiving based on WSR methodology， analyzes per？ sonal archiving from three perspectives： personal ar？ chives， archiving methods and archiving subjects， and then the behavior logic of personal archiving is discussed. Eventually， this paper puts forward the promotion strategies from three aspects： innovation of technology and tool， innovation of method and sys？ tem， innovation of concept and consciousness.

个人存档作为一种社会活动，因人类对保存证据的需求和留存记忆的渴望而存在。数字时代，人们形成的个人记录海量增长，留存便捷，出于查考和记忆需求而对个人记录进行收集和管理的个人存档行为开始兴盛，“每个人都在构建在线档案”[1]。与此同时，个人存档也正面临着数字化管理、分散存储、价值积累、长期存取等诸多挑战。[2]为了应对这些挑战，国外图书馆、档案馆等相关机构做出了积极回应，如微软公司旧金山实验室开展“我的比特人生”项目、美国国会图书馆举办“个人存档日”、推特提供“个人推文存档”等[3]，为个人存档实践提供引导和支持。在我国，2004年6月广州出现的首家私人档案馆——屈干臣档案馆[4]，受到社会各界极大关注；档案机构主导的家庭建档很好地推动了个人存档的发展，如2014年中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于加强和改进新形势下档案工作的意见》，提出“支持有条件的家庭建立家庭档案，支持个人保管、展示其收藏的档案”[5]。……
