摘 要:为了更好地了解冠突散囊菌的研究动态,本文采用文献计量法统计了2000-2020年的中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中冠突散囊菌相关的文献资料,并对检索获得的125篇冠突散囊菌相关的中文核心期刊论文的年度分布、期刊来源、学科分布、作者、机构、基金项目、文献被引频次以及关键词等方面展开分析。结果显示,冠突散囊菌相关文献资料呈稳步上升趋势,其中专利量最多;中文核心期刊主要来源于《食品与发酵工业》和《食品科技》,学科领域分布以工程科技I类为主;核心作者群主要为刘素纯为代表的湖南农业大学、以刘作易为代表的贵州省农业科学院以及以秦俊哲为代表的陕西科技大学三大研究团队;关键词分析表明研究内容和热点主要集中在茯砖茶发酵和工艺流程等的应用研究上。目前国内冠突散囊菌相关研究领域发文量少,核心研究团队单一,区域间合作少,建议加大投入力度,加强区域间团队沟通,注重多元化研究。

Analysis of Research Trends of Eurotium cristatum
based on Bibliometrics

Abstract:To better understand the research trends of Eurotium cristatum, we collected the literatures on Eurotium cristatum in CNKI from 2000 to 2020 by bibliometrics, and analyzed 125 retrieved articles in the following aspects: annual distribution, journal source, author, institution, fund project, citation frequency and key words. The results showed that the related literatures showed a steady increasing trend, among them the patent literatures accounted for the largest part; most literatures published in Food and Fermentation Industries and Food Science and Technology, mainly involving the subject area of engineering technology I; the core authors are Liu Suchun and his team from Hunan Agricultural University, Liu Zuoyi and his team from Guizhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Qin Junzhe and his team from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology; the key words analysis showed that the research contents and hot spots mainly focused on the application research of Fu brick tea fermentation process. At present, there are only less published paper, single core research team and less inter-regional cooperation in the related research field of Eurotium cristatum in China. In view of this, we suggest to increase investment, strengthen inter-regional communication and pay attention to diversified research.

冠突散囊菌(Eurotium cristatum)作為茯砖茶中一种极其重要的优势微生物,是真菌界子囊菌门散囊菌纲散囊菌目发菌科散囊菌属中一种低等益生子囊菌,在茯砖茶中为金黄色颗粒状物质,俗称“金花”[1]。它能够产生有性型子囊孢子和无性型分生孢子,有性型称为冠突散囊菌,无性型称为冠突曲霉(Aspergillus cristatus)[2]。……
