留守幼儿心理健康教育与心理救助策略研究

【摘    要】本文基于分析突发应急事件下，研究留守幼儿心理健康教育与心理救助策略。本文首先分析出突发应急事件下留守幼儿心理健康教育与心理救助的重要意义，有效地增强学生的心理健康水平，以便学生提前做好心理准备，促进学生的心理承受能力与应变能力有效提升。其次分析出教师通过及时联系学生家长、建立健康教育预警、组织心理专业小组三种途径，保护留守学生的身心健康，减轻、消除影响其心理健康的危险因素，同时强化其自我保护意识与能力，从而促进留守学生的成长。

【Abstract】Based on the analysis of emergencies， this paper studies the mental health education and psychological assistance strategies of left-behind children. This article first analyzes the importance of mental health education and psychological assistance for left-behind children in emergencies， and effectively enhances the mental health of students， so that students can prepare well in advance， and promote the effective psychological endurance and resilience of students Promote. Secondly， it analyzes that teachers protect the physical and mental health of left-behind students， reduce and eliminate risk factors that affect their mental health， and strengthen their self-protection awareness and ability by contacting parents in time， establishing health education warnings， and organizing psychological professional teams. So as to promote the growth of left-behind students.

一、留守幼儿对突发应急事件的心理反应

幼儿对于突发事件的出现，通常会因为亲身经历，以及各种信息的影响而产生情绪的大幅度波动，甚至出现精神的紧张及内心恐惧，以此来表现出异常的心理、行为。这样既会影响学校的日常教育教学及管理，还会影响学生的心理安宁，而对学生造成不同程度的精神与心理损害。通常情况下学生面对突发应急事件时的心理反应，包括三个阶段。

（一）第一阶段——冲击

在突发应急事件发生后，因为事发突然，学生会感到震惊，比如难以相信或者否认其存在，但是一经确证就会对学生造成很大的冲击，过强的刺激会表现为情绪上恐惧、焦虑，以及心理上的心慌，认知上的感觉、直觉异常以及精神不集中，还有行为上的坐立不安等，轻者会拒食，重者可精神崩溃而出现伤人伤己的行为。……
