多元化教学模式在高中体育教学中的应用研究

【摘    要】随着现代教育事业的发展，新课改对高中体育教学有了更高的要求。为培养出适应当前经济社会发展的新型人才，我们必须坚持朝着新课改的方向不断迈步前行，转变传统的教师主导、学生被动的教学模式，充分尊重学生的主体地位，勇于创新，走多元化教学模式，通过提升学生的兴趣来发挥学生主观能动性，以此达到增强学生体质、促进学生在高中体育学习中全面发展的目的。本文就多元化教学模式在高中體育教学中的应用研究进行分析。

Research on the Application of Diversified Teaching Models in High School Physical Education

【Abstract】With the development of modern education， the new curriculum reform has higher requirements for high school physical education. In order to cultivate new types of talents that adapt to the current economic and social development， we must continue to move forward in the direction of the new curriculum reform， change the traditional teacher-led and student-passive teaching model， fully respect the student's dominant position， be brave to innovate， and go. The diversified teaching mode， through the promotion of students' interest to give play to students' subjective initiative， in order to achieve the purpose of enhancing students' physical fitness and promoting students' all-round development in high school physical education. This article analyzes the application research of diversified teaching modes in high school physical education.

在当前新课程改革的背景下，提升学生综合素质与能力已成为目前高中体育的重要教学目标。与传统单一的教学模式相比，在高中体育教学中采用多元化的教学模式，能够有效缓解学生的学习压力，符合不同学生个性发展需求，更有利于促进学生的身心健康和全面发展，是尊重学生主体地位的充分体现。面对这项重要任务，高中体育教师必须端正态度，树立多元化教学理念，不断优化自身职业素养与能力，从学生的角度出发开展多元化教学模式，全面提升体育教学质量。

一、高中体育多元化教学模式内容概要

高中体育教学多元化模式，即充分尊重学生主体地位，以学生的身体素质、可持续学习思想为重要目标，在多种教学手段综合作用下促进学生全面发展的一种教学模式。在多元化教学模式下，教师的教学更加侧重于对教学内容的优化、教师角色的转变、学生全员参与等方面的改进，突出“人本思想”，着眼于培养学生的体育兴趣与能力挖潜，使学生的主观能动性得到最大限度的发挥。……
