【摘    要】班主任工作是烦琐而累人的，笔者在近二十年与学生“斗智斗勇”的工作实践中，领悟出“偷懒”的技巧（抑或经验），本文立足于现代班主任管理现状，基于中学生发展实际，从“人格魅力”“亮明底线”“量化管理”“以柔克刚”四个方面对如何减轻班主任班级管理压力和班主任的“偷懒”艺术加以阐述，以期能够有效提高中学班级管理效率，促进中学生的全面发展。

【Abstract】The work of a class teacher is tedious and tiring. In the past two decades of "fighting wits and courage" with students， the author has comprehended the skills （or experience） of "slacking off". This article is based on the management status of modern class teachers and based on the development of middle school students. In fact， from the four aspects of "charm charm"， "bright bottom line"， "quantitative management"， and "overcoming strength with softness"， how to reduce the pressure of class teacher's class management and the class teacher's "lazy" art is explained in order to effectively improve the efficiency of middle school class management and promote middle school students Comprehensive development.

一、以人格魅力感染学生

俄罗斯教育家乌申斯基说：“教师个人的范例，对于青年人的心灵，是任何东西都不可能代替的最有用的阳光。”班主任是一个班级的核心，是学生关注最多的人物。如果一个班主任人格魅力惊人，学生自然能受到感染，心服口服。想当年全国劳模魏书生担任班主任，公务缠身，时常出差，班级照样管得响当当，这自然得益于他独特的人格魅力与自成一系的管理方法。如何才能成为具有独特人格魅力的教师呢？

第一，知识渊博，教学一流。作为班主任，首先是一名任课教师，自己所任教的这一门课，必须有独到之处，上课旁征博引、妙语如珠、思路清晰、点拨到位，学生自然心服口服，在学生心目中树立威信。所以，作为优秀的班主任，平时一定要多阅读，多积累，多钻研教学方法，让自己成为知识渊博、教学一流的好老师。

第二，风趣幽默，无所不晓。学生喜欢风趣幽默的教师，这是大家所公认的，此外，学生还喜欢对世上之事无所不晓的教师。……
