巧用绘本提升幼儿情绪管理能力的策略

【摘    要】在幼儿学习过程中，绘本在幼儿拓宽知识经验、培养阅读兴趣、提升阅读能力等方面都发挥着非常重要的作用。绘本中精致优美的插图绘画，既能对绘本中的内容进行精彩的诠释，还能通过真实的故事情景激活幼儿阅读的兴趣，其中情绪主体绘本对于锻炼幼儿的情绪管理能力有着重要的作用。本文章中对巧用绘本提升幼儿情绪管理能力的策略进行了探究，旨在锻炼幼儿的情绪管理能力。

【Abstract】In the process of children's learning， picture books play a very important role in broadening knowledge and experience， cultivating reading interest and improving reading ability. The exquisite and beautiful illustrations in picture books can not only explain the contents of picture books， but also activate children's interest in reading through real story situations. Among them， emotional subject picture book plays an important role in training children's emotional management ability. In this paper， the strategies of using picture book to improve children's emotional management ability are explored in order to exercise children's emotional management ability.

幼儿阶段的幼儿拥有丰富多彩的情感世界，其中包含积极的情绪和消极的情绪。如果教师难以引导幼儿管理负面情绪，那么消极情绪必然会影响幼儿身心健康的发展。绘本的题材来源于生活，画面形象生动，其中，情绪主题绘本更是惟妙惟肖地描绘出幼儿世界中的事件，易引起幼儿情感共鸣，所以教师需要发掘绘本中的情绪管理内容，探索出符合幼儿发展的内容，锻炼幼儿的情绪管理能力。

一、合理选择情绪绘本，准确传授情绪知识

从幼儿的情绪管理教育来看，引导幼儿认识情绪则是关键的一步，同时这也是指导幼儿掌握情绪管理能力的前提。此时幼儿的年龄尚小，在语言能力的表达上存在缺陷，尤其是在情绪失控之后，孩子自己也不清楚自己因何生气，此时便需要教师和家长对孩子采取相应的引导才能帮助孩子缓解不良情绪。从现阶段幼儿园的教育来看，绘本则是对幼儿进行教育的重要载体，所以在教学的过程中教师可以合理筛选情绪绘本来引导幼儿认识、了解并掌握情绪控制方法，从而在实际生活中才能管控自身的情绪。……
