装备修理企业生产管理信息化策略研究

【摘  要】在日益发展的市场经济中，装备修理企业占据着重要地位，为实现稳定发展的目标，其应提升各方面的实力以应对市场竞争。因此，装备修理企业可优先选择使用信息化技术管理生产信息，从而进一步满足社会生产要求，适应当前的市场变化。装备修理企业开展信息化管理能够有效减少工作误差，为企业发展助力。所以企业应该在实践中探索出信息化管理的实施策略，以便减少工作漏洞。

【Abstract】In the increasingly developing market economy， equipment repair enterprises play an important role. In order to achieve the goal of stable development， they should improve their strength in various aspects to cope with market competition. Therefore， equipment repair enterprises can choose to use informatization technology to manage production information， so as to further meet the requirements of social production and adapt to the current market changes. The development of informatization management by equipment repair enterprises can effectively reduce work errors and help enterprises develop. Therefore， enterprises should explore the implementation strategies of informatization management in the practice， so as to reduce work loopholes.

1 引言

信息化建设尚未全面发展，仍无法实现大范围共享等局面，但在管理企业中，已然成为重要的理论导向。为了给装备修理行业带来生机，推进信息化策略实行是必然趋势。企业在发展创造中如果遇到突发情况，信息化策略能将已有经验快速调出，给管理者提供解决问题的思路。除了应对突然问题，这种策略还可以对工作进行过程中可能会遇到的某些困难进行预估，优先排除可避免发生的不良情况。为企业争取到最大的经济收益，减小损失。

2 信息化策略研究

2.1 信息化建设思路

信息化建设需要根据最终目标制定有條理的方案，确定指导思想。企业会将信息化建设应用于多个方面，如可以帮助完善企业管理制度，优化资源共享系统，进而提高企业办事效率，在有限时间内完成任务。装备修理企业在运用信息化技术管理生产数据时也应该先确定建设思路，与各部门沟通协调出统一的方案，相互督促争取早日达成目标。……
