新形势下机关事业单位财务精细化管理分析

【摘  要】随着社会经济的稳步发展，机关事业单位开展财务精细化管理工作显得尤为重要。同时，机关事业单位在整体改革发展方面明显滞后于企业，且单位内部的财务管理方式已无法满足当前改革发展的需求。因此，机关事业单位在经营服务过程中，要正确认识财务精细化管理模式的构建和应用，并积极在经营服务活动中开展财务精细化管理，严格把控财务管理环节，提高财务管理工作的精准性。

【Abstract】With the steady development of society and economy， it is particularly important for government offices and public institutions to carry out fine financial management work. At the same time， the overall reform and development of government offices and public institutions is obviously lagging behind that of enterprises， and the internal financial management methods of the units has been unable to meet the needs of the current reform and development. Therefore， in the process of operation and service， government offices and public institutions should correctly understand the construction and application of fine financial management mode， actively carry out fine financial management in operation and service activities， strictly control financial management links， and improve the accuracy of financial management work.

1 引言

机关事业单位是政府机关或行政机关的直属机构，开展精细化管理工作主要是在管理工作中，从细节处入手，做到管理工作的精益求精。机关事业单位开展精细化的财务管理工作，主要是利用财务管理系统的信息化和专业化特点，对财务活动中产生的各项经济数据进行有效核算，实现实物与资源之间的优化配置，全面了解財务活动中经济管理的责任义务和工作权力，并结合各项财务经济管理活动，构建完善的精细化财务管理体系。通俗来讲，财务精细化管理工作的开展，为我国机关事业单位资金的投入和使用提供根本保障，对机关事业单位的改革发展起到重要意义。

2 机关事业单位实施财务精细化管理的必要性

2.1 提高机关事业单位的资金使用率
