工匠精神在企业工会工作中的运用

【摘  要】以大力弘扬工匠精神为目标，分析企业工会工作中工匠精神的应用。首先，论文对工匠精神在工会工作中的体现与内涵加以阐述，认识到工匠精神对于企业与内部职工发展的必要性。其次，分别提出利用工匠精神维护职工权益、完善职工激励机制、组织劳动技能竞赛、注重劳动精神的传播等措施，实现工匠精神和企业工会工作的紧密结合，以工匠精神带领广大职工实现长远发展。

【Abstract】With the aim of vigorously carrying forward the craftsman spirit， the application of craftsman spirit in trade union work is analyzed. First of all， the paper expounds the embodiment and connotation of the craftsman spirit in the trade union work， and recognizes the necessity of the craftsman spirit for the development of enterprises and internal workers. Secondly， the paper puts forward measures such as using the spirit of craftsman to safeguard the rights and interests of workers， improving the incentive mechanism of workers， organizing labor skill competitions， paying attention to the dissemination of labor spirit， etc.， so as to realize the close combination of the spirit of craftsman and the work of enterprise trade union， and lead the majority of workers to achieve long-term development with the spirit of craftsman.

1 引言

我国从2016年的《政府工作报告》中首次提出了“工匠精神”的概念，内容指出“鼓励企业开展个性化定制、柔性化生产，培育精益求精的工匠精神”。随后在2017年推出的《政府工作报告》中又再一次提出“大力弘扬工匠精神”的倡议，企业在“工匠精神”的引导下，工会组织工作也有了新的目标，而且工匠精神在企业工会工作中得以渗透，也有非常直观的作用，带领企业进步、发展，组建具有工匠精神的职工团队。鉴于此，关于企业工会工作中匠精神的应用，下面围绕该话题展开讨论。

2 企业工会工作中的工匠精神

“工匠精神”在企业工会工作中体现，本质在于不畏困难的开拓精神，企业深化改革与创新的进程中，务必要明确工匠精神的重要性，才能够促进企业的健康发展[1]。基于此，企业工会秉持开拓精神，在原有体制机制的基础上进行创新，一方面提高企业的市场竞争力，另一方面工会工作树立开拓精神，为企业发展提供助力。……
