关于加强企业党风廉政建设的思考

【摘  要】党要管党、从严治党，加强党风廉政建设是净化企业政治生态的关键举措，要将其纳入企业党委和企业生产经营工作总体部署中同步推进落实。企业党委要进一步落实党风廉政建设责任制，加强教育引导，完善工作机制，为企业和谐健康发展发挥积极作用。

【Abstract】The Party supervises its own conduct and enforces strict discipline. Strengthening the construction of good conduct and political integrity is the key measure to purify the political ecology of enterprises， which should be incorporated into the overall deployment of the Party committee and the production and operation work of enterprises， and promoted and implemented simultaneously. The Party committee of an enterprise should further implement the responsibility system for the construction of good conduct and political integrity， strengthen education and guidance， improve the work mechanism， and play a positive role in the harmonious and healthy development of the enterprise.

1 当前企业党风廉政建设工作面临的形势

想要充分认识企业党风廉政建设工作面临的新形势和新任务，就必须准确把握国家政策和公司改革发展对党风廉政建设工作带来的变化与挑战，在应对挑战中认清形势，总结规律，坚定信心，找准方向。

有利因素：一是有强大的政治环境支持。党和国家对党风廉政建设工作的认识和态度始终坚定。特别是十八大以来，中央进一步强调严明党的纪律特别是政治纪律，切实转变领导机关和领导干部工作作风，认真解决反腐倡廉中的突出问题。二是企业快速发展的迫切需要[1]。党风廉政建设工作是企业处理好发展速度与发展质量同步推进的重要保障，进一步完善制度、堵塞漏洞、提高效益的要求将更加迫切。三是近年来不断浓厚的廉洁文化氛围。企业干部职工对党风廉政建设工作的满意度、认同度提高，有利于企业党风廉政建设工作开展。四是随着“企检共建”工作不断推进，企业党风廉政建设工作的外部环境不断改善，与地方司法机关共同预防职务犯罪体制机制已经形成。……
