中国共产党关于体育文化建设的百年历程、逻辑理路与启示

摘    要：為了深入把握中国共产党建党百年以来关于体育文化建设的规律，从历史经验提炼有益启示，为“十四五”时期建成体育强国构筑体育文化建设的理论基础，从中国共产党关于体育文化建设的百年历程、逻辑理路和启示3个角度围绕运动项目文化、体育精神和体育宣传工作3个维度进行分析。在社会主义建设探索时期、改革开放与建设有中国特色的社会主义时期、中国特色社会主义新时代几个不同历史阶段，体育文化作为新中国体育事业的重要组成部分，其顺应时代变迁，在改革与发展中体现出了建设社会主义的内在逻辑理路：时代背景是体育文化建设的外在表征;国情变化是体育文化建设思想变化的深层导因;革固鼎新是体育文化发展的根本前提。在中国共产党领导下，在中国体育百年发展历程中的不同历史时期形成的不同体育形态是融聚中华体育精神的重要体育文化载体。从中国共产党关于体育文化建设的百年历程和逻辑理路得出启示：体育为人民服务是体育文化建设的核心主旨;协调发展是体育文化建设的重要原则;举国体制是体育文化建设的重要保障;改革开放是体育文化建设的重要动力。

Abstract：In order to thoroughly grasp the law of sports culture construction of the Communist Party of China in the hundred years since the founding of the Communist Party of China， extract useful enlightenment from historical experience， and build the theoretical foundation of sports culture construction in the“14th Five-year Plan” period， this paper analyzes sports events culture， sports spirit and sports publication work from the three aspects of centennial course， logic and enlightenment of the construction of sports culture of the Communist Party of China. In the several different historical stages of the exploration of socialist construction， the reform and opening up and the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics， the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics， as an important part of the sports cause of new China， sports culture reflects the internal logic of the construction of socialist sports culture in the reform and development in response to the changes of the times. The background of the times is the external representation of Chinese sports culture construction. The change of national conditions is the deep cause of the change of Chinese sports culture construction thought. The reform and innovation is the fundamental prerequisite for the development of Chinese sports culture. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China， different sports forms formed in different historical periods in the development of Chinese sports in the past 100 years are important sports cultural carriers that condense the spirit of Chinese sports. From the hundred years course and logic of the construction of sports culture of the Communist Party of China， we can get the following enlightenment： Sports serving the people is the core gist of the construction of Chinese sports culture， Coordinated development is the important principle of Chinese sports culture construction， the whole nation system is the important guarantee of Chinese sports culture construction， the reform and opening up is an important driving force for the construction of Chinese sports culture.

党的十九大报告中提出：“没有高度的文化自信，没有文化的繁荣兴盛，就没有中华民族伟大复兴。……
