基于就业导向下关于高职药学专业校企深度合作办学的研究

摘 要：高职院校药学专业将为社会、国家培养具备药学学科基本理论、药学学科基本知识、实践能力，可从事药物研究、药物开发、药物生产等工作的专业人才。为提升高职学生就业成功率、提高其就业竞争力，高职院校需基于就业导向采取校企深度合作办学模式。本文依据某高职院校药学专业校企合作办学现状调查结果，提出需由学校、企业、学生三方面着手，加强校企合作，提高学生就业意识及能力。

Research on Deep Cooperation in Running Schools

of Higher Vocational Pharmacy Based on Employment Orientation

Abstract：The pharmacy major in higher vocational colleges will train professionals with basic theory of pharmacy，basic knowledge of pharmacy，and practical ability for the society and the country to engage in drug research，drug development，and drug production.In order to improve the employment success rate of higher vocational students and improve their employment competitiveness，higher vocational colleges need to adopt a school-enterprise in-depth cooperation model based on employment orientation.Based on the survey results of the school-enterprise cooperation in the pharmacy major of a higher vocational college，this paper proposes that the school，enterprise，and students need to start from three aspects to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and improve students' employment awareness and ability.

《國家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》指出高等教育需重视高级人才、专业技术能力较强的人才，以推动社会主义经济稳定发展[1]。高职院校为高等教育重要构成部分，其对人才培养质量、教育事业发展具有重要影响[2]。高职院校药学专业将为社会培养专业化药学人才，以推动药学行业稳定发展。基于就业导向要求，高职院校需采取校企合作办学模式，提升药学专业人才培养质量。

1 就业导向下高职药学专业校企深度合作办学现状调查

1.1 问卷调查对象

选择某高职院校药学专业360名学生、40名教师作为被调查对象。药学专业学生已完成实习，这些学生可由学生角度分析高职院校药学专业校企合作现状。教师可由教师、学校管理角度，探析高职院校药学专业校企合作现状。通过对学生、教师的问卷调查，可全面探析校企合作情况，为办学模式优化提供依据。本次共发放400份调查问卷，回收400份调查问卷，且所有回收调查问卷均有效。……
