基于汽车发动机冷却水泵的探讨

摘要：冷却系统在一个正常运行的汽车中相当重要，且其對于进一步保证汽车发动机始终在正常状态下工作也有着相当重要的作用。冷却系统的作用主要表现在：第一，其可以散发热量，以进一步保证发动机出现过热现象;第二，其可以保持系统恒温，以减少在发动机内部因为组件磨损造成温度变化的问题。在冷却系统当中，冷却水泵一直作为最重要的配件之一，在系统的正常运行中其占据着举足轻重的作用。本文首先分析了影响汽车发动机的冷却水泵进一步发展的因素，接着探讨目前水泵的发展进度，并对其未来的发展趋势提出简单论述。

Abstract： The cooling system is very important in a normal running car， and it also plays an important role in further ensuring that the car engine always works in the normal state. The main functions of the cooling system are as follows： first， it can dissipate heat to further ensure the overheating of the engine; second， it can keep the system constant temperature to reduce the problem of temperature change caused by component wear inside the engine. In the cooling system， as one of the most important accessories， the cooling water pump plays an important role in the normal operation of the system. This paper first analyzes the factors that affect the further development of automobile engine cooling water pump， then discusses the current development progress of water pump， and puts forward a simple discussion on its future development trend.

0  引言

由于对于现在的汽车发动机来说，冷却水泵的系统质量好坏可以直接影响着整个发动机的整体性能，所以大量的国内外学者也对冷却水泵的研究提高了关注度，而且对其详细的展开研究分析与探讨也逐渐作为学者们的重点关注对象之一。与此同时，对其开展研究也在很大程度上推动着与冷却水泵有关的技术和应用在不断进步。所以说，加强对冷却水泵的讨论及分析，可以进一步地为日后的汽车行业发展夯实基础，对汽车行业也有着十分独特意义。

1  制约汽车发动机冷却水泵的发展因素

对于冷却水泵来说，其主要作用就是防止因为发动机持续工作过长而出现温度过高的现象，工作原理是在原有系统的散热基础上进一步对冷却液的循环效果带来提升作用，通过让冷却液进行循环工作来达到为发动机降温的目的。……
