计算机辅助技术与机械设计制造结合研究

摘要：为了在此阶段满足人们的需求，必须改革传统的工业设计形式和生产流程。特别是近年来，机械制造业取得了一定的成就，正在促进我国工业的现代化。但是，仍有一些问题限制了机械制造业的智能化和自动化发展。尤其是在机械设计过程中，為了提高设计的质量和准确性，应重视新技术的应用，计算机设计是促进机械制造业可持续发展的关键技术之一。考虑到这一点，本文分析和探索机械和电子工程设计的技术要点，供相关人员参考。

Abstract： In order to meet people's needs at this stage， it is necessary to reform the traditional industrial design forms and production processes. Especially in recent years， the machinery manufacturing industry has made certain achievements， is promoting the modernization of our country's industry. However， there are still some problems that restrict the intelligent and automatic development of machinery manufacturing industry. Especially in the process of mechanical design， in order to improve the quality and accuracy of design， we should pay attention to the application of new technology. Computer design is one of the key technologies to promote the sustainable development of machinery manufacturing industry. With this in mind， this paper analyzes and explores the technical essentials of mechanical and electronic engineering design for the reference of relevant personnel.

0  引言

自动化技术的应用有助于提高制造安全性。智能控制系统的自动化管理简化了员工的工作，并减少了出现工作问题的可能性。同时，可以进行自动机器控制，当设备出现故障时，立即发出警告并切断电源，可以有效避免员工工作中发生安全隐患，同时确保机械设备的安全。结合计算机辅助技术在汽车机械制造领域的应用是新时代的发展趋势。尽管我国目前在自动化技术的应用上有一定的局限性，而且在智能模型上还存在许多亟待解决的难题，与世界上的发达国家一样，汽车机械零件的生产必须在制造过程中充分探索结合和重视的自动化技术的实际要求，并促进汽车机械制造业的发展。
