持续质量改进应用在放射诊断科护理管理中的作用

摘要：目的：探讨观察在放射诊断科护理管理中应用持续质量改进的效果。方法：2019年1月-2020年12月，针对医院放射诊断科的护理管理工作展开研究分析，并抽取研究期间在科室诊断的340例患者为研究对象。按照研究时间分为两组，2019年全年为对照组（n=170例），实施常规护理管理;2020年全年为试验组（n=170例），实施护理管理持续质量改进;对比两组护理管理效果。结果：试验组护理管理质量指标水平优于对照组（P<0.05）。试验组护理不良事件发生率小于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在放射诊断科实施持续质量改进，可有效改善科室护理管理质量，可减少不良事件发生率，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective： To explore and observe the effects of continuous quality improvement in the nursing management of the radiology department. Methods： From January 2019 to December 2020， research and analysis were conducted on the nursing management of the hospital's diagnostic radiology department， and 340 patients diagnosed in the department during the study period were selected as the research objects. Divided into two groups according to the study time. The whole year of 2019 was the control group （n=170 cases）， which implemented routine nursing management; the whole year of 2020 was the experimental group （n=170 cases）， which implemented continuous quality improvement of nursing management; Group nursing management effect. Results： The quality index of nursing management in the experimental group was better than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse nursing events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The implementation of continuous quality improvement in the diagnostic radiology department can effectively improve the quality of department nursing management and reduce the incidence of adverse events. It is worthy of promotion.

放射诊断科属于医院重要辅助检查科室，承担着诊断、技术与治疗护理这三部分责任。临床多种疾病均需借助放射诊断科的影像学设备完成辅助检查，才能确诊[1]。但是，想要保障科室的工作质量，不仅要保证影像学设备操作人员具备娴熟的操作技能、崇高的职业道德精神，还需保证科室护理人员能够全面了解影像学优劣势与适应症范围，并具备娴熟的护理能力与职业道德素养，能为患者提供有效护理，辅助临床准确检查疾病[2]。但是，常规护理管理显然无法满足人流量日益增多的放射诊断科，为改善这一情况，临床提出了持续质量改进这一应对策略。
